## Hadith #5058

**Book:** The Book of Drinks | **Narrator(s):** Maharab bin Dithar محارب بن دثار | **Grade:** Sahih

I heard Ibn ‘Umar say: Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) forbade (the preparation of Nabidh) in a pitcher besmeared with pitch, in gourd, in varnished jar. He said, I heard it from him more than once.
