## Hadith #1608

**Book:** The Book on Military Expeditions | **Narrator(s):** Abdullah bin lahya'a bin 'Uqba عبد الله بن لهيعة بن عقبة الحضرمي, Abu Yazid al-Khwlany al-Msry أبو يزيد الخولاني المصري, Ata'a bin Dinar al-Hdhly عطاء بن دينار الهذلي مولاهم, Fadala bin 'Ubaid bin Naqid, Qutayba bin Sa'id bin Jamil قتيبة بن سعيد بن جميل, Umar ibn al-Khattab

That the Prophet (ﷺ) said to a delegation from ‘Abdul-Qais: “I order you to give the Khumus from your spoils of war.”
He said: There is a story with this Hadith
 This Hadith is Hasan Sahih.
