## Hadith #643

**Book:** The Book of the Adhan (The Call to Prayer) | **Narrator(s):** Abu Qalaba, 'Abdullah bin Zayd al-Jarmi عبد الله بن زيد بن عمرو, Amr bin Salmah bin Qays, Ayoub al-Sakhtiyani أيوب السختياني, Hammad bin Zayd حماد بن زيد بن درهم الأزدي الأزرق, Ibrahim bin Y'aqub bin Ishaq إبراهيم بن يعقوب بن إسحاق, Sulaiman bin Harb سليمان بن حرب

“Bilal calls the Adhan during the night to wake those who are sleeping and so that those who are praying Qiyam can return.
 Meaning to finish. Ash-Shawkani said: “To return to sleeping or return to sitting from praying” Nail Al-Awtar.
 Indicating with an up and down motion. The true dawn is from right to left.

” I said: ‘O Messenger of Allah(ﷺ), I go hunting wearing nothing but a single shirt. Can I pray in it?’ He said: ‘Fasten it to yourself even with a thorn.'”
