Sahih al-Bukhari — Military Expeditions led by the Prophet (pbuh) (Al-Maghaazi)

My father who was amongst those who had given the Pledge of allegiance to the Prophet (ﷺ) beneath the Tree, said to me, “We used to offer the Jumua prayer with the Prophet (ﷺ) and then depart at a time when the walls had no shade for us to take shelter in.”

Abu Harrah Al Ruqashi reported on the authority of his uncle” The Prophet (ﷺ) said “If you fear the recalcitrance abandon them in their beds.” The narrator Hammad said “By abandonment he meant abandonment of intercourse.”

A man from the immigrants of the Companions of the Prophet (ﷺ) said: I participated in battle three times along with the Prophet (ﷺ). I heard him say: Muslims have common share in three (things). grass, water and fire.

That the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “When one of you (women) has a Mukatab ho has with him what will fulfill (the Kitabah) then observe Hijab from him.” This Hadith is Hasan Sahih. And the meaning of this Hadith according to the people of knowledge is that of caution. They say that the Mukatab is not freed, even if he has the amount to pay, until he pays it.
