Hadith #1335
The Book of Forgetfulness (In Prayer) · Narrated by Amr bin Dinar عمرو بن دينار الأثرم الجمحي, Bashr bin Khalid al-'Askary بشر بن خالد العسكري, ibn Abbas, Nafid, Abu Ma'bad, Client Of Ibn 'Abbas نافذ أبو معبد مولى بن عباس, Sufyan bin 'Uyaynah سفيان بن عيينة, Yahya bin Aadm bin Sulaiman يحيى بن آدم بن سليمان

Umm Salamah told her that during the time of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), when the women said the taslim at the end of the prayer, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and the men who had prayed with him would stay put for as long as Allah (ﷺ) willed. Then, when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) got up, the men did too.

the Messenger of Allah used to enjoin (fasting) these days of Al-Bid and he said: “That is (equivalent to) fasting for the whole month.”

“At the time of the Messenger of Allah, we used to give a Sa’ of barley, or dates, or raisins, or cottage cheese, and we continued to do so until the time of Mu’awiyah, when he said: ‘I think that two Mudds of wheat from Ash-Sham are equivalent to a Sa’ of barley.”‘

“We were standing in Arafat in a place far from the place of standing, and Ibn Mirba Al-Ansari came and said: ‘I am the messenger of Messenger of Allah to you; he says: ‘Stay where you are (for it is a place of ritual), for you are following the legacy of you father Ibrahim, peace be upon him.'”

“When we were in Jam (Al-Muzadalifah), Ibn Masud said: ‘I heard the one to whoem surat Al-Baqarah was revealed say, in this place: Labbaik Allahumma Labbaik.”

“The Messenger of Allah said to the people when they moved on the evening of Arafat and the morning of Jam’ (assembly at Al-Muzdalifah): ‘You must have tranquility.’ He was reining in his camel, and when he entered Mina, he came down to Muhassir and said: ‘You have to pick up pebbles the size of date stones of fingertips with which to stone the Jamrat.’ And he (Al-Fadl) said: ‘And the Prophet gestured with his hand like a man throwing a pebble.'”

the Messenger of Allah sent Mu’adh to Yemen and said to him: “You are going to a people from the People of the Book, so invite them to testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and that I am the Messenger of Allah. If they comply with that, then inform them that Allah has made five prayers obligatory upon them in a day and a night. If they comply with that, then inform then that Allah has ordained a charity upon their wealth, which is to be taken from the rich among them and given to the poor among them. If they comply with that, then beware of their most precious wealth, and protect yourself from the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah.”

“The Prophet (S.A.W) would acclaim oil and Wars for (the treatment of) pleurisy.” Qatadah said: “And it is put in the mouth on the side which he is suffering. “

“The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) took hold of the top of the Tharid and said: ‘Eat in the Name of Allah from its sides and leave the top, for the blessing comes from its top.’”
