They said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Every year?’ But he was silent. So they said: ‘O Messenger of Allah! Every year?’ He said: ‘No. If I were to say yes, then it would be required.’ And Allah, Mighty and Sublime is He, revealed O you who believe!
