Abdah bin Sulaiman al-Klabi عبدة بن سليمان الكلابي أبو محمد الكوفي · The Book on Divorce and Li'an

The wife of Thabit bin Qais was granted a Khul from her husband during the time of the Prophet. So the Prophet ordered her to observe an Iddah of a menstruation.

The Messenger of Allah said: "Every divorce is valid except the divorce of the Ma'tuh person whose reason is overcome." (Da'if Jiddan)
