#1452 “I prayed two rak’ahs with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) in Mina, and with Abu Bakr and ‘Umar, and two rak’ahs with ‘Uthman at the beginning of his Caliphate.” #2640 a woman from Khath’am asked the Prophet on the morning of the Day of Sacrifice: “O Messenger of Allah! The command of Allah to His slaves to perform Hajj has come, while my father is an old man and cannot sit firmly in the saddle. Can I perform Hajj on his behalf?” He said: “Yes. […] #2643 “A man from Khath’am came to the Messenger of Allah and said: ‘My father is an old man who cannot ride, and the command of Allah to perform Hajj has come. Will it be good enough if I perform Hajj on his behalf?’ He said: ‘Are you the oldest of his children?’ He said: ‘Yes.’ […] #2729 A similar report was narrated from Shu’bah with the same chain. #3413 “The Messenger of Allah was asked about a man who divorced his wife, and she married another man who had a closed meeting with her then divorced her, before having intercourse with her. Is it permissible for her to remarry the first husband?
