Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Then He made his posterity out of the extract of a liquid disdained
Abdel Haleem:
then made his descendants from an extract of underrated fluid

Then He made his seed from a draught of despised fluid
أَمۡ أَنَا۠ خَیۡرࣱ مِّنۡ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِی هُوَ مَهِینࣱ وَلَا یَكَادُ یُبِینُ ٥٢
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Or am I [not] better than this one who is insignificant and hardly makes himself clear
Abdel Haleem:
Am I not better than this contemptible wretch who can scarcely express himself
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
I am surely better than this fellow, who is despicable and can hardly make (his meaning) plain

وَلَا تُطِعۡ كُلَّ حَلَّافࣲ مَّهِینٍ ١٠
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
And do not obey every worthless habitual sweare
Abdel Haleem:
do not yield to any contemptible swearer

Neither obey thou each feeble oath-monger
