وَمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا مِن قَبۡلِكَ مِن رَّسُولࣲ وَلَا نَبِیٍّ إِلَّاۤ إِذَا تَمَنَّىٰۤ أَلۡقَى ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنُ فِیۤ أُمۡنِیَّتِهِۦ فَیَنسَخُ ٱللَّهُ مَا یُلۡقِی ٱلشَّیۡطَـٰنُ ثُمَّ یُحۡكِمُ ٱللَّهُ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِیمٌ حَكِیمࣱ ۝٥٢
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International): And We did not send before you any messenger or prophet except that when he spoke [or recited], Satan threw into it [some misunderstanding]. But Allah abolishes that which Satan throws in; then Allah makes precise His verses. And Allah is Knowing and Wise
Abdel Haleem: We have never sent any messenger or prophet before you [Muhammad] into whose wishes Satan did not insinuate something, but God removes what Satan insinuates and then God affirms His message. God is all knowing and wise
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall: Never sent We a messenger or a prophet before thee but when He recited (the message) Satan proposed (opposition) in respect of that which he recited thereof. But Allah abolisheth that which Satan proposeth. Then Allah establisheth His revelations. Allah is Knower, Wise
The Cow 2:106 Verb
۞ مَا نَنسَخۡ مِنۡ ءَایَةٍ أَوۡ نُنسِهَا نَأۡتِ بِخَیۡرࣲ مِّنۡهَاۤ أَوۡ مِثۡلِهَاۤۗ أَلَمۡ تَعۡلَمۡ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَیۡءࣲ قَدِیرٌ ۝١٠٦
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International): We do not abrogate a verse or cause it to be forgotten except that We bring forth [one] better than it or similar to it. Do you not know that Allah is over all things competent
Abdel Haleem: Any revelation We cause to be superseded or forgotten, We replace with something better or similar. Do you [Prophet] not know that God has power over everything
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall: Nothing of our revelation (even a single verse) do we abrogate or cause be forgotten, but we bring (in place) one better or the like thereof. Knowest thou not that Allah is Able to do all things
The Kneeling, Crouching 45:29 Verb
هَـٰذَا كِتَـٰبُنَا یَنطِقُ عَلَیۡكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسۡتَنسِخُ مَا كُنتُمۡ تَعۡمَلُونَ ۝٢٩
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International): This, Our record, speaks about you in truth. Indeed, We were having transcribed whatever you used to do."
Abdel Haleem: Here is Our record that tells the truth about you: We have been recording everything you do.’
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall: This Our Book pronounceth against you with truth. Lo! We have caused (all) that ye did to be recorded

وَلَمَّا سَكَتَ عَن مُّوسَى ٱلۡغَضَبُ أَخَذَ ٱلۡأَلۡوَاحَۖ وَفِی نُسۡخَتِهَا هُدࣰى وَرَحۡمَةࣱ لِّلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِرَبِّهِمۡ یَرۡهَبُونَ ۝١٥٤
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International): And when the anger subsided in Moses, he took up the tablets; and in their inscription was guidance and mercy for those who are fearful of their Lord
Abdel Haleem: When Moses’ anger abated, he picked up the Tablets, on which were inscribed guidance and mercy for those who stood in awe of their Lord
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall: Then, when the anger of Moses abated, he took up the tablets, and in their inscription there was guidance and mercy for all those who fear their Lord
