al-Mughira ibn Shu'ba · The Book of Forgetfulness (In Prayer)

"The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: 'The tasbih is for men and clapping is for women.'"

Muawiyah wrote to Al-Mughirah bin Shu'bah saying: "Tell me of something that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)." He said: "When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) finished praying, he would say: La Ilaha Illallah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahul-mulk wa lahul-hamd wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadir.
