شإم — شَايِٕمْ بِإَصْحَابِكَ
Take thou the direction of the left hand with thy companions: (S, K, TA:) يَامِنْ signifies “ take thou the direction of the right hand. ” (TA.) ― -b2- And شَا=مَ He (a man) came to الشَّإْم [i. e. Syria ]: like يَامَنَ signifying “ he came to El-Yemen. ” (TA. [See also 4.])
