۞ قَدۡ یَعۡلَمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُعَوِّقِینَ مِنكُمۡ وَٱلۡقَاۤىِٕلِینَ لِإِخۡوَ ٰنِهِمۡ هَلُمَّ إِلَیۡنَاۖ وَلَا یَأۡتُونَ ٱلۡبَأۡسَ إِلَّا قَلِیلًا ١٨
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Already Allah knows the hinderers among you and those [hypocrites] who say to their brothers, "Come to us," and do not go to battle, except for a few

God knows exactly who among you hinder others, who [secretly] say to their brothers, ‘Come and join us,’ who hardly ever come out to fight
