Verse 37:1 in Context

1 وَٱلصَّـٰۤفَّـٰتِ صَفࣰّا ۝١ wal-ṣāfāti ṣaffa By those [angels] ranged in rows
2 فَٱلزَّ ٰجِرَ ٰتِ زَجۡرࣰا ۝٢ fal-zājirāti zajra who rebuke reproachfull 3 فَٱلتَّـٰلِیَـٰتِ ذِكۡرًا ۝٣ fal-tāliyāti dhik'ra and recite God’s word 4 إِنَّ إِلَـٰهَكُمۡ لَوَ ٰحِدࣱ ۝٤ inna ilāhakum lawāḥidu truly your God is One 5 رَّبُّ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا بَیۡنَهُمَا وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ ۝٥ rabbu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wamā baynahumā warabbu l-mashāriq Lord of the heavens and earth and everything between them, Lord of every sunrise
