110:1
إِذَا جَاءَ نَصْرُ اللَّهِ وَالْفَتْحُ
When God’s help comes and He opens up your way [Prophet]
 110:2
وَرَأَيْتَ النَّاسَ يَدْخُلُونَ فِي دِينِ اللَّهِ أَفْوَاجًا
when you see people embracing God’s faith in crowds
 110:3
فَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ وَاسْتَغْفِرْهُ إِنَّهُ كَانَ تَوَّابًا
celebrate the praise of your Lord and ask His forgiveness: He is always ready to accept repentance

وَلَكُمۡ فِیهَا مَنَـٰفِعُ وَلِتَبۡلُغُوا۟ عَلَیۡهَا حَاجَةࣰ فِی صُدُورِكُمۡ وَعَلَیۡهَا وَعَلَى ٱلۡفُلۡكِ تُحۡمَلُونَ ۝٨٠

وَیُرِیكُمۡ ءَایَـٰتِهِۦ فَأَیَّ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ تُنكِرُونَ ۝٨١
He shows you His signs: which of God’s signs do you still ignore
 40:82
أَفَلَمۡ یَسِیرُوا۟ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ فَیَنظُرُوا۟ كَیۡفَ كَانَ عَـٰقِبَةُ ٱلَّذِینَ مِن قَبۡلِهِمۡۚ كَانُوۤا۟ أَكۡثَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَأَشَدَّ…
Have they not travelled through the land and seen how those who lived before them met their end? They were more numerous than them, stronger…

فَلَمَّا جَاۤءَتۡهُمۡ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ فَرِحُوا۟ بِمَا عِندَهُم مِّنَ ٱلۡعِلۡمِ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ یَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ…
When messengers came to them with clear signs, they revelled in the knowledge they had, and so they were engulfed by the very punishment they…

فَلَمَّا رَأَوۡا۟ بَأۡسَنَا قَالُوۤا۟ ءَامَنَّا بِٱللَّهِ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَكَفَرۡنَا بِمَا كُنَّا بِهِۦ مُشۡرِكِینَ ۝٨٤
when they saw Our punishment, they said, ‘We believe in God alone; we reject any partner we ascribed to Him,’

فَلَمۡ یَكُ یَنفَعُهُمۡ إِیمَـٰنُهُمۡ لَمَّا رَأَوۡا۟ بَأۡسَنَاۖ سُنَّتَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلَّتِی قَدۡ خَلَتۡ فِی عِبَادِهِۦۖ وَخَسِرَ…

ٱدۡخُلُوۤا۟ أَبۡوَ ٰبَ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۖ فَبِئۡسَ مَثۡوَى ٱلۡمُتَكَبِّرِینَ ۝٧٦
Enter the gates of Hell, there to remain- an evil home for the arrogant.’

فَٱصۡبِرۡ إِنَّ وَعۡدَ ٱللَّهِ حَقࣱّۚ فَإِمَّا نُرِیَنَّكَ بَعۡضَ ٱلَّذِی نَعِدُهُمۡ أَوۡ نَتَوَفَّیَنَّكَ فَإِلَیۡنَا یُرۡجَعُونَ ۝٧٧
So be patient [Prophet], for God’s promise is sure: whether We show you part of what We have promised them in this life or whether…

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلࣰا مِّن قَبۡلِكَ مِنۡهُم مَّن قَصَصۡنَا عَلَیۡكَ وَمِنۡهُم مَّن لَّمۡ نَقۡصُصۡ عَلَیۡكَۗ وَمَا…

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَنۡعَـٰمَ لِتَرۡكَبُوا۟ مِنۡهَا وَمِنۡهَا تَأۡكُلُونَ ۝٧٩
It is God who provides livestock for you, some for riding and some for your food
 40:68
هُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُحۡیِۦ وَیُمِیتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰۤ أَمۡرࣰا فَإِنَّمَا یَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَیَكُونُ ۝٦٨
It is He who gives life and death, and when He ordains a thing, He says only ‘Be’ and it is
 40:69
أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِینَ یُجَـٰدِلُونَ فِیۤ ءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أَنَّىٰ یُصۡرَفُونَ ۝٦٩
[Prophet], do you see how deluded those who dispute God’s messages are
 40:70
ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ وَبِمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَا بِهِۦ رُسُلَنَاۖ فَسَوۡفَ یَعۡلَمُونَ ۝٧٠
those who reject the Scripture and the messages We have sent through Our messengers? They will find ou
 40:71
إِذِ ٱلۡأَغۡلَـٰلُ فِیۤ أَعۡنَـٰقِهِمۡ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ یُسۡحَبُونَ ۝٧١
when, with iron collars and chains around their necks, they are dragge
 40:72
فِی ٱلۡحَمِیمِ ثُمَّ فِی ٱلنَّارِ یُسۡجَرُونَ ۝٧٢
into scalding water, and then burned in the Fire
 40:73
ثُمَّ قِیلَ لَهُمۡ أَیۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡ تُشۡرِكُونَ ۝٧٣
and asked, ‘Where now are those you called upo
 40:74
مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالُوا۟ ضَلُّوا۟ عَنَّا بَل لَّمۡ نَكُن نَّدۡعُوا۟ مِن قَبۡلُ شَیۡءࣰاۚ كَذَ ٰلِكَ…

ذَ ٰلِكُم بِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَفۡرَحُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ بِغَیۡرِ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَبِمَا كُنتُمۡ تَمۡرَحُونَ ۝٧٥
all because on earth you revelled in untruth and ran wild

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِی جَعَلَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ قَرَارࣰا وَٱلسَّمَاۤءَ بِنَاۤءࣰ وَصَوَّرَكُمۡ فَأَحۡسَنَ صُوَرَكُمۡ وَرَزَقَكُم مِّنَ ٱلطَّیِّبَـٰتِۚ ذَ…
It is God who has given you the earth for a dwelling place and the heavens for a canopy. He shaped you, formed you well,…

هُوَ ٱلۡحَیُّ لَاۤ إِلَـٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ فَٱدۡعُوهُ مُخۡلِصِینَ لَهُ ٱلدِّینَۗ ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ ۝٦٥
He is the Living One and there is no god but Him, so call on Him, and dedicate your religion entirely to Him. Praise be…
