تَنزِیلࣰا مِّمَّنۡ خَلَقَ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ ٱلۡعُلَى ۝٤

tanzīlan mimman khalaqa l-arḍa wal-samāwāti l-ʿul
