The Ascending Stairways, The Ladders 70:40

فَلَآ falā
But nay Prep
أُقْسِمُ uq'simu
I swear V
بِرَبِّ birabbi
by (the) Lord Noun
ٱلْمَشَٰرِقِ l-mashāriqi
(of) the risings Noun
وَٱلْمَغَٰرِبِ wal-maghāribi
and the settings Noun
إِنَّا innā
that We Prep
لَقَٰدِرُونَ laqādirūna
(are) surely Able Noun

and, by the Lord of every sunrise and sunset, We have the powe

فَلَاۤ أُقۡسِمُ بِرَبِّ ٱلۡمَشَـٰرِقِ وَٱلۡمَغَـٰرِبِ إِنَّا لَقَـٰدِرُونَ ۝٤٠

falā uq'simu birabbi l-mashāriqi wal-maghāribi innā laqādirūn
