ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ سَبۡعَ سَمَـٰوَ ٰتࣲ طِبَاقࣰاۖ مَّا تَرَىٰ فِی خَلۡقِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ مِن تَفَـٰوُتࣲۖ فَٱرۡجِعِ ٱلۡبَصَرَ هَلۡ تَرَىٰ مِن فُطُورࣲ ٣
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
[And] who created seven heavens in layers. You do not see in the creation of the Most Merciful any inconsistency. So return [your] vision [to the sky]; do you see any breaks
Abdel Haleem:
who created the seven heavens, one above the other. You will not see any flaw in what the Lord of Mercy creates. Look again! Can you see any flaw
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Who hath created seven heavens in harmony. Thou (Muhammad) canst see no fault in the Beneficent One's creation; then look again: Canst thou see any rifts
Noah 71:15

أَلَمۡ تَرَوۡا۟ كَیۡفَ خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ سَبۡعَ سَمَـٰوَ ٰتࣲ طِبَاقࣰا ١٥

Do you not consider how Allah has created seven heavens in layer

Have you ever wondered how God created seven heavens, one above the other

See ye not how Allah hath created seven heavens in harmony
لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٍ
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
[That] you will surely experience state after state

you will progress from stage to stage
