فَلَمَّا سَمِعَتۡ بِمَكۡرِهِنَّ أَرۡسَلَتۡ إِلَیۡهِنَّ وَأَعۡتَدَتۡ لَهُنَّ مُتَّكَءࣰا وَءَاتَتۡ كُلَّ وَ ٰحِدَةࣲ مِّنۡهُنَّ سِكِّینࣰا وَقَالَتِ ٱخۡرُجۡ عَلَیۡهِنَّۖ فَلَمَّا رَأَیۡنَهُۥۤ أَكۡبَرۡنَهُۥ وَقَطَّعۡنَ أَیۡدِیَهُنَّ وَقُلۡنَ حَـٰشَ لِلَّهِ مَا هَـٰذَا بَشَرًا إِنۡ هَـٰذَاۤ إِلَّا مَلَكࣱ كَرِیمࣱ ٣١
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
So when she heard of their scheming, she sent for them and prepared for them a banquet and gave each one of them a knife and said [to Joseph], "Come out before them." And when they saw him, they greatly admired him and cut their hands and said, "Perfect is Allah ! This is not a man; this is none but a noble angel."
Abdel Haleem:
When she heard their malicious talk, she prepared a banquet and sent for them, giving each of them a knife. She said to Joseph, ‘Come out and show yourself to them!’ and when the women saw him, they were stunned by his beauty, and cut their hands, exclaiming, ‘Great God! He cannot be mortal! He must be a precious angel!’
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
And when she heard of their sly talk, she sent to them and prepared for them a cushioned couch (to lie on at the feast) and gave to every one of them a knife and said (to Joseph): Come out unto them! And when they saw him they exalted him and cut their hands, exclaiming: Allah Blameless! This is no a human being. This is not other than some gracious angel
The Cave 18:31

أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ لَهُمۡ جَنَّـٰتُ عَدۡنࣲ تَجۡرِی مِن تَحۡتِهِمُ ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُ یُحَلَّوۡنَ فِیهَا مِنۡ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبࣲ وَیَلۡبَسُونَ ثِیَابًا خُضۡرࣰا مِّن سُندُسࣲ وَإِسۡتَبۡرَقࣲ مُّتَّكِءِینَ فِیهَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَاۤىِٕكِۚ نِعۡمَ ٱلثَّوَابُ وَحَسُنَتۡ مُرۡتَفَقࣰا ٣١
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place
Abdel Haleem:
they will have Gardens of lasting bliss graced with flowing streams. There they will be adorned with bracelets of gold. There they will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade. There they will be comfortably seated on soft chairs. What a blessed reward! What a pleasant resting place
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
As for such, theirs will be Gardens of Eden, wherein rivers flow beneath them; therein they will be given armlets of gold and will wear green robes of finest silk and gold embroidery, reclining upon throne therein. Blest the reward, and fair the resting-place
هُمۡ وَأَزۡوَ ٰجُهُمۡ فِی ظِلَـٰلٍ عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَاۤىِٕكِ مُتَّكِءُونَ ٥٦
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
They and their spouses - in shade, reclining on adorned couches

they and their spouses- seated on couches in the shade

They and their wives, in pleasant shade, on thrones reclining
The Letter Sad 38:51
Noun
مُتَّكِءِینَ فِیهَا یَدۡعُونَ فِیهَا بِفَـٰكِهَةࣲ كَثِیرَةࣲ وَشَرَابࣲ ٥١
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Reclining within them, they will call therein for abundant fruit and drink
Abdel Haleem:
They will be comfortably seated; they will call for abundant fruit and drink
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Wherein, reclining, they call for plenteous fruit and cool drink (that is) therein
مُتَّكِءِینَ عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مَّصۡفُوفَةࣲۖ وَزَوَّجۡنَـٰهُم بِحُورٍ عِینࣲ ٢٠
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
They will be reclining on thrones lined up, and We will marry them to fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes
Abdel Haleem:
They are comfortably seated on couches arranged in rows; We pair them with beautiful-eyed maidens
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Reclining on ranged couches. And we wed them unto fair ones with wide, lovely eyes
مُتَّكِءِینَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشِۭ بَطَاۤىِٕنُهَا مِنۡ إِسۡتَبۡرَقࣲۚ وَجَنَى ٱلۡجَنَّتَیۡنِ دَانࣲ ٥٤
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low
Abdel Haleem:
They will sit on couches upholstered with brocade, the fruit of both gardens within easy reach
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand
مُتَّكِءِینَ عَلَىٰ رَفۡرَفٍ خُضۡرࣲ وَعَبۡقَرِیٍّ حِسَانࣲ ٧٦
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets
Abdel Haleem:
They will all sit on green cushions and fine carpets

Reclining on green cushions and fair carpets
مُّتَّكِءِینَ عَلَیۡهَا مُتَقَـٰبِلِینَ ١٦

Reclining on them, facing each other

Man 76:13
Noun
مُّتَّكِءِینَ فِیهَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرَاۤىِٕكِۖ لَا یَرَوۡنَ فِیهَا شَمۡسࣰا وَلَا زَمۡهَرِیرࣰا ١٣
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold
Abdel Haleem:
They will sit on couches, feeling neither scorching heat nor biting cold
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Reclining therein upon couches, they will find there neither (heat of) a sun nor bitter cold

Verb
قَالَ هِیَ عَصَایَ أَتَوَكَّؤُا۟ عَلَیۡهَا وَأَهُشُّ بِهَا عَلَىٰ غَنَمِی وَلِیَ فِیهَا مَءَارِبُ أُخۡرَىٰ ١٨
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
He said, "It is my staff; I lean upon it, and I bring down leaves for my sheep and I have therein other uses."
Abdel Haleem:
‘It is my staff,’ he said, ‘I lean on it; restrain my sheep with it; I also have other uses for it.’
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
He said: This is my staff whereon I lean, and wherewith I bear down branches for my sheep, and wherein I find other uses
وَلِبُیُوتِهِمۡ أَبۡوَ ٰبࣰا وَسُرُرًا عَلَیۡهَا یَتَّكِءُونَ ٣٤
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
And for their houses - doors and couches [of silver] upon which to reclin
Abdel Haleem:
massive gates, couches to sit on

And for their houses doors (of silver) and couches of silver whereon to recline
