ذَ ٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِیعُۢ بَصِیرࣱ ٦١
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
That is because Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and because Allah is Hearing and Seeing
Abdel Haleem:
So it will be, because God makes night pass into day, and day into night, and He is all hearing and all seeing
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
That is because Allah maketh the night to pass into the day and maketh the day to pass into the night, and because Allah is Hearer, Seer
Luqman, Lukman 31:29

أَلَمۡ تَرَ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلࣱّ یَجۡرِیۤ إِلَىٰۤ أَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّى وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِیرࣱ ٢٩
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Do you not see that Allah causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term, and that Allah , with whatever you do, is Acquainted
Abdel Haleem:
[Prophet], do you not see that God causes the night to merge into day and the day to merge into night; that He has subjected the sun and the moon, each to run its course for a stated term; that He is aware of everything you [people] do
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Hast thou not seen how Allah causeth the night to pass into the day and causeth the day to pass into the night, and hath subdued the sun and the moon (to do their work), each running unto an appointed term; and that Allah is Informed of what ye do
Saba, Sheba 34:2

یَعۡلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا یَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا یَعۡرُجُ فِیهَاۚ وَهُوَ ٱلرَّحِیمُ ٱلۡغَفُورُ ٢
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein. And He is the Merciful, the Forgiving

He knows all that goes into the earth and all that comes out of it; He knows all that comes down from the heavens and all that goes up to them. He is the Merciful, the Forgiving
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
He knoweth that which goeth into the earth and that which cometh forth from it, and that descendeth from the heaven and that which ascendeth into it. He is the Merciful, the Forgiving
یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِ وَسَخَّرَ ٱلشَّمۡسَ وَٱلۡقَمَرَۖ كُلࣱّ یَجۡرِی لِأَجَلࣲ مُّسَمࣰّىۚ ذَ ٰلِكُمُ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّكُمۡ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُۚ وَٱلَّذِینَ تَدۡعُونَ مِن دُونِهِۦ مَا یَمۡلِكُونَ مِن قِطۡمِیرٍ ١٣
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
He causes the night to enter the day, and He causes the day to enter the night and has subjected the sun and the moon - each running [its course] for a specified term. That is Allah , your Lord; to Him belongs sovereignty. And those whom you invoke other than Him do not possess [as much as] the membrane of a date seed
Abdel Haleem:
He makes the night merge into the day and the day into the night; He has subjected the sun and the moon- each runs for an appointed term. Such is God your Lord: all control belongs to Him. Those you invoke beside Him do not even control the skin of a date stone
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
He maketh the night to pass into the day and He maketh the day to pass into the night. He hath subdued the sun and moon to service. Each runneth unto an appointed term. Such is Allah, your Lord; His is the Sovereignty; and those unto whom ye pray instead of Him own not so much as the white spot on a date-stone
تُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَتُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِۖ وَتُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡحَیَّ مِنَ ٱلۡمَیِّتِ وَتُخۡرِجُ ٱلۡمَیِّتَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَیِّۖ وَتَرۡزُقُ مَن تَشَاۤءُ بِغَیۡرِ حِسَابࣲ ٢٧
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
You cause the night to enter the day, and You cause the day to enter the night; and You bring the living out of the dead, and You bring the dead out of the living. And You give provision to whom You will without account."
Abdel Haleem:
You merge night into day and day into night; You bring the living out of the dead and the dead out of the living; You provide limitlessly for whoever You will.’
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Thou causest the night to pass into the day, and Thou causest the day to pass into the night. And Thou bringest forth the living from the dead, and Thou bringest forth the dead from the living. And Thou givest sustenance to whom Thou choosest, without stint
The Iron 57:4
Verb
هُوَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِی سِتَّةِ أَیَّامࣲ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ یَعۡلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا یَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا یَعۡرُجُ فِیهَاۖ وَهُوَ مَعَكُمۡ أَیۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِیرࣱ ٤
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
It is He who created the heavens and earth in six days and then established Himself above the Throne. He knows what penetrates into the earth and what emerges from it and what descends from the heaven and what ascends therein; and He is with you wherever you are. And Allah , of what you do, is Seeing

It was He who created the heavens and earth in six Days and then established Himself on the throne. He knows what enters the earth and what comes out of it; what descends from the sky and what ascends to it. He is with you wherever you are; He sees all that you do
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
He it is Who created the heavens and the earth in six Days; then He mounted the Throne. He knoweth all that entereth the earth and all that emergeth therefrom and all that cometh down from the sky and all that ascendeth therein; and He is with you wheresoever ye may be. And Allah is Seer of what ye do
The Iron 57:6
Verb
یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِۚ وَهُوَ عَلِیمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ٦
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
He causes the night to enter the day and causes the day to enter the night, and he is Knowing of that within the breasts

He makes night merge into day and day into night. He knows what is in every heart

He causeth the night to pass into the day, and He causeth the day to pass into the night, and He is knower of all that is in the breasts
إِنَّ ٱلَّذِینَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِنَا وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوا۟ عَنۡهَا لَا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمۡ أَبۡوَ ٰبُ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَلَا یَدۡخُلُونَ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ حَتَّىٰ یَلِجَ ٱلۡجَمَلُ فِی سَمِّ ٱلۡخِیَاطِۚ وَكَذَ ٰلِكَ نَجۡزِی ٱلۡمُجۡرِمِینَ ٤٠
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Indeed, those who deny Our verses and are arrogant toward them - the gates of Heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise until a camel enters into the eye of a needle. And thus do We recompense the criminals
Abdel Haleem:
The gates of Heaven will not be open to those who rejected Our revelations and arrogantly spurned them; even if a thick rope were to pass through the eye of a needle they would not enter the Garden. This is how We punish the guilty
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Lo! they who deny Our revelations and scorn them, for them the gates of heaven will nor be opened not will they enter the Garden until the camel goeth through the needle's eye. Thus do We requite the guilty

أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تُتۡرَكُوا۟ وَلَمَّا یَعۡلَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِینَ جَـٰهَدُوا۟ مِنكُمۡ وَلَمۡ یَتَّخِذُوا۟ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا رَسُولِهِۦ وَلَا ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَلِیجَةࣰۚ وَٱللَّهُ خَبِیرُۢ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ ١٦
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Do you think that you will be left [as you are] while Allah has not yet made evident those among you who strive [for His cause] and do not take other than Allah , His Messenger and the believers as intimates? And Allah is Acquainted with what you do
Abdel Haleem:
Do you think that you will be left untestedwithout God identifying which of you will strive for His cause and take no supporters apart from God, His Messenger, and other believers? God is fully aware of all your actions
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Or deemed ye that ye would be left (in peace) when Allah yet knoweth not those of you who strive, choosing for familiar none save Allah and His messenger and the believers? Allah is Informed of what ye do
