8 ٱللَّهُ یَعۡلَمُ مَا تَحۡمِلُ كُلُّ أُنثَىٰ وَمَا تَغِیضُ ٱلۡأَرۡحَامُ وَمَا تَزۡدَادُۚ وَكُلُّ شَیۡءٍ عِندَهُۥ بِمِقۡدَارٍ ۝٨ al-lahu yaʿlamu mā taḥmilu kullu unthā wamā taghīḍu l-arḥāmu wamā tazdādu wakullu shayin ʿindahu bimiq'dāri God knows what every female bears and how much their wombs shrink or swell- everything has its measure with Him 9 عَـٰلِمُ ٱلۡغَیۡبِ وَٱلشَّهَـٰدَةِ ٱلۡكَبِیرُ ٱلۡمُتَعَالِ ۝٩ sawāon minkum man asarra l-qawla waman jahara bihi waman huwa mus'takhfin bi-al-layli wasāribun bil-nahār He knows what is not seen as well as what is seen; He is the Great, the Most High 10 سَوَاۤءࣱ مِّنكُم مَّنۡ أَسَرَّ ٱلۡقَوۡلَ وَمَن جَهَرَ بِهِۦ وَمَنۡ هُوَ مُسۡتَخۡفِۭ بِٱلَّیۡلِ وَسَارِبُۢ بِٱلنَّهَارِ ۝١٠ Sawaon minkum man asarra alqawla waman jahara bihi waman huwa mustakhfin biallayli wasaribun bialnnahari It makes no difference whether any of you speak secretly or aloud, whether you are hiding under cover of night or walking about in the day 11 لَهُۥ مُعَقِّبَـٰتࣱ مِّنۢ بَیۡنِ یَدَیۡهِ وَمِنۡ خَلۡفِهِۦ یَحۡفَظُونَهُۥ مِنۡ أَمۡرِ ٱللَّهِۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا یُغَیِّرُ مَا بِقَوۡمٍ حَتَّىٰ یُغَیِّرُوا۟ مَا بِأَنفُسِهِمۡۗ وَإِذَاۤ أَرَادَ ٱللَّهُ بِقَوۡمࣲ سُوۤءࣰا فَلَا مَرَدَّ لَهُۥۚ وَمَا لَهُم مِّن دُونِهِۦ مِن وَالٍ ۝١١ lahu muʿaqqibātun min bayni yadayhi wamin khalfihi yaḥfaẓūnahu min amri l-lahi inna l-laha lā yughayyiru mā biqawmin ḥattā yughayyirū mā bi-anfusihim wa-idhā arāda l-lahu biqawmin sūan falā maradda lahu wamā lahum min dūnihi min wāli each person has guardian angels before him and behind, watching over him by God’s command. God does not change the condition of a people [for the worse] unless they change what is in themselves, but if He wills harm on a people, no one can ward it off–– apart from Him, they have no protector

And are the depths of darkness equal to the light?’ Have the partners they assign to God created anything like His creation so that their creation is indistinguishable from His? Say, ‘God is the Creator of all things: He is the One, the All Compelling.’
