172 لَّن یَسۡتَنكِفَ ٱلۡمَسِیحُ أَن یَكُونَ عَبۡدࣰا لِّلَّهِ وَلَا ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةُ ٱلۡمُقَرَّبُونَۚ وَمَن یَسۡتَنكِفۡ عَنۡ عِبَادَتِهِۦ وَیَسۡتَكۡبِرۡ فَسَیَحۡشُرُهُمۡ إِلَیۡهِ جَمِیعࣰا ۝١٧٢ lan yastankifa l-masīḥu an yakūna ʿabdan lillahi walā l-malāikatu l-muqarabūna waman yastankif ʿan ʿibādatihi wayastakbir fasayaḥshuruhum ilayhi jamīʿa The Messiah would never disdain to be a servant of God, nor would the angels who are close to Him. He will gather before Him all those who disdain His worship and are arrogant 173 فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ فَیُوَفِّیهِمۡ أُجُورَهُمۡ وَیَزِیدُهُم مِّن فَضۡلِهِۦۖ وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِینَ ٱسۡتَنكَفُوا۟ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرُوا۟ فَیُعَذِّبُهُمۡ عَذَابًا أَلِیمࣰا وَلَا یَجِدُونَ لَهُم مِّن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِیࣰّا وَلَا نَصِیرࣰا ۝١٧٣ fa-ammā alladhīna āmanū waʿamilū l-ṣāliḥāti fayuwaffīhim ujūrahum wayazīduhum min faḍlihi wa-ammā alladhīna is'tankafū wa-is'takbarū fayuʿadhibuhum ʿadhāban alīman walā yajidūna lahum min dūni l-lahi waliyyan walā naṣīra to those who believe and do good works He will give due rewards and more of His bounty; to those who are disdainful and arrogant He will give an agonizing torment, and they will find no one besides God to protect or help them 174 یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلنَّاسُ قَدۡ جَاۤءَكُم بُرۡهَـٰنࣱ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَأَنزَلۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡكُمۡ نُورࣰا مُّبِینࣰا ۝١٧٤ yāayyuhā l-nāsu qad jāakum bur'hānun min rabbikum wa-anzalnā ilaykum nūran mubīna People, convincing proof has come to you from your Lord and We have sent a clear light down to you 175 فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱعۡتَصَمُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَسَیُدۡخِلُهُمۡ فِی رَحۡمَةࣲ مِّنۡهُ وَفَضۡلࣲ وَیَهۡدِیهِمۡ إِلَیۡهِ صِرَ ٰطࣰا مُّسۡتَقِیمࣰا ۝١٧٥ fa-ammā alladhīna āmanū bil-lahi wa-iʿ'taṣamū bihi fasayud'khiluhum fī raḥmatin min'hu wafaḍlin wayahdīhim ilayhi ṣirāṭan mus'taqīma God will admit those who believe in Him and hold fast to Him into His mercy and favour; He will guide them towards Him on a straight path

176 یَسۡتَفۡتُونَكَ قُلِ ٱللَّهُ یُفۡتِیكُمۡ فِی ٱلۡكَلَـٰلَةِۚ إِنِ ٱمۡرُؤٌا۟ هَلَكَ لَیۡسَ لَهُۥ وَلَدࣱ وَلَهُۥۤ أُخۡتࣱ فَلَهَا نِصۡفُ مَا تَرَكَۚ وَهُوَ یَرِثُهَاۤ إِن لَّمۡ یَكُن لَّهَا وَلَدࣱۚ فَإِن كَانَتَا ٱثۡنَتَیۡنِ فَلَهُمَا ٱلثُّلُثَانِ مِمَّا تَرَكَۚ وَإِن كَانُوۤا۟ إِخۡوَةࣰ رِّجَالࣰا وَنِسَاۤءࣰ فَلِلذَّكَرِ مِثۡلُ حَظِّ ٱلۡأُنثَیَیۡنِۗ یُبَیِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ أَن تَضِلُّوا۟ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیمُۢ ۝١٧٦ yastaftūnaka quli l-lahu yuf'tīkum fī l-kalālati ini im'ru-on halaka laysa lahu waladun walahu ukh'tun falahā niṣ'fu mā taraka wahuwa yarithuhā in lam yakun lahā waladun fa-in kānatā ith'natayni falahumā l-thuluthāni mimmā taraka wa-in kānū ikh'watan rijālan wanisāan falildhakari mith'lu ḥaẓẓi l-unthayayni yubayyinu l-lahu lakum an taḍillū wal-lahu bikulli shayin ʿalīmu They ask you [Prophet] for a ruling. Say, ‘God gives you a ruling about inheritance from someone who dies childless with no surviving parents. If a man leaves a sister, she is entitled to half of the inheritance; if she has no child her brother is her sole heir; if there are two sisters, they are entitled to two-thirds of the inheritance between them, but if there are surviving brothers and sisters, the male is entitled to twice the share of the female. God makes this clear to you so that you do not make mistakes: He has full knowledge of everything.’
