For Him (is) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's ownership/kingdom , He revives/makes alive, and He makes die, and He is on every thing capable/able

lahu mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi yuḥ'yī wayumītu wahuwa ʿalā kulli shayin qadīru

57:3

هُوَ ٱلۡأَوَّلُ وَٱلۡءَاخِرُ وَٱلظَّـٰهِرُ وَٱلۡبَاطِنُۖ وَهُوَ بِكُلِّ شَیۡءٍ عَلِیمٌ ۝٣

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

He is the first/beginning and the last/end, and the apparent/visible, and the hidden/inside, and He is with every thing knowledgeable

huwa l-awalu wal-ākhiru wal-ẓāhiru wal-bāṭinu wahuwa bikulli shayin ʿalīmu

57:4

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی خَلَقَ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ فِی سِتَّةِ أَیَّامࣲ ثُمَّ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِۖ یَعۡلَمُ مَا یَلِجُ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَمَا یَخۡرُجُ مِنۡهَا وَمَا یَنزِلُ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَمَا یَعۡرُجُ فِیهَاۖ وَهُوَ مَعَكُمۡ أَیۡنَ مَا كُنتُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِیرࣱ ۝٤

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

He is who created the skies/space and the earth/Planet Earth in six days/times, then He aimed/tended to on the throne , He knows what enters/penetrates in the earth/Planet Earth, and what gets out/emerges from it, and what descends from the sky/space, and what ascends/climbs in it, and He is with you wherever you were, and God (is) with what you make/do seeing/ knowing

huwa alladhī khalaqa l-samāwāti wal-arḍa fī sittati ayyāmin thumma is'tawā ʿalā l-ʿarshi yaʿlamu mā yaliju fī l-arḍi wamā yakhruju min'hā wamā yanzilu mina l-samāi wamā yaʿruju fīhā wahuwa maʿakum ayna mā kuntum wal-lahu bimā taʿmalūna baṣīru

57:5

لَّهُۥ مُلۡكُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ ۝٥

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

For Him (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's ownership/kingdom , and to God the matters/affairs are returned

lahu mul'ku l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wa-ilā l-lahi tur'jaʿu l-umūr

57:6

یُولِجُ ٱلَّیۡلَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ وَیُولِجُ ٱلنَّهَارَ فِی ٱلَّیۡلِۚ وَهُوَ عَلِیمُۢ بِذَاتِ ٱلصُّدُورِ ۝٦

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

He makes the night to enter/penetrate in the daytime, and He makes the daytime to enter/penetrate in the night, and He is knowledgeable with of the chests (innermosts)

yūliju al-layla fī l-nahāri wayūliju l-nahāra fī al-layli wahuwa ʿalīmun bidhāti l-ṣudūr

57:7

ءَامِنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَأَنفِقُوا۟ مِمَّا جَعَلَكُم مُّسۡتَخۡلَفِینَ فِیهِۖ فَٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنكُمۡ وَأَنفَقُوا۟ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرࣱ كَبِیرࣱ ۝٧

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Believe by God and His messenger, and spend from what He made you successors in it, so those who believed from you, and they spent, for them (is) a great reimbursement

āminū bil-lahi warasūlihi wa-anfiqū mimmā jaʿalakum mus'takhlafīna fīhi fa-alladhīna āmanū minkum wa-anfaqū lahum ajrun kabīru

57:8

وَمَا لَكُمۡ لَا تُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلرَّسُولُ یَدۡعُوكُمۡ لِتُؤۡمِنُوا۟ بِرَبِّكُمۡ وَقَدۡ أَخَذَ مِیثَـٰقَكُمۡ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِینَ ۝٨

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

And why not for you (is it that) you do not believe by God? And the messenger calls you to believe with your Lord, and He had taken your promise/covenant, if/when you were believing

wamā lakum lā tu'minūna bil-lahi wal-rasūlu yadʿūkum litu'minū birabbikum waqad akhadha mīthāqakum in kuntum mu'minīn

57:9

هُوَ ٱلَّذِی یُنَزِّلُ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِۦۤ ءَایَـٰتِۭ بَیِّنَـٰتࣲ لِّیُخۡرِجَكُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَـٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۚ وَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُمۡ لَرَءُوفࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ ۝٩

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

He is who descends on His slave/worshipper verses/signs evidences, to bring you out from the darknesses to the light, and that truly God (is) with you merciful/compassionate (E), merciful

huwa alladhī yunazzilu ʿalā ʿabdihi āyātin bayyinātin liyukh'rijakum mina l-ẓulumāti ilā l-nūri wa-inna l-laha bikum laraūfun raḥīmu

57:10

وَمَا لَكُمۡ أَلَّا تُنفِقُوا۟ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلِلَّهِ مِیرَ ٰثُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ لَا یَسۡتَوِی مِنكُم مَّنۡ أَنفَقَ مِن قَبۡلِ ٱلۡفَتۡحِ وَقَـٰتَلَۚ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ أَعۡظَمُ دَرَجَةࣰ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِینَ أَنفَقُوا۟ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ وَقَـٰتَلُوا۟ۚ وَكُلࣰّا وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡحُسۡنَىٰۚ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِیرࣱ ۝١٠

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

And why not for you (is it) that you do not spend in God's way/path ? And to God (are) the skies'/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's inheritance, (it did) not become equal/alike, from you who spent from before the opening/victory and fought , those are a step/degree/stage greater than those who spent from after (the opening/victory) and they fought , and (to) each, God promised the best/goodness , and God (is) with what you make/do, expert/experienced

wamā lakum allā tunfiqū fī sabīli l-lahi walillahi mīrāthu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi lā yastawī minkum man anfaqa min qabli l-fatḥi waqātala ulāika aʿẓamu darajatan mina alladhīna anfaqū min baʿdu waqātalū wakullan waʿada l-lahu l-ḥus'nā wal-lahu bimā taʿmalūna khabīru

57:11

مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِی یُقۡرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنࣰا فَیُضَـٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥ وَلَهُۥۤ أَجۡرࣱ كَرِیمࣱ ۝١١

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Who that which lends/advances God a good/beautiful loan/advance, so He doubles/multiplies it for him, and for him (is a) generous reimbursement

man dhā alladhī yuq'riḍu l-laha qarḍan ḥasanan fayuḍāʿifahu lahu walahu ajrun karīmu

57:12

یَوۡمَ تَرَى ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِینَ وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَـٰتِ یَسۡعَىٰ نُورُهُم بَیۡنَ أَیۡدِیهِمۡ وَبِأَیۡمَـٰنِهِمۖ بُشۡرَىٰكُمُ ٱلۡیَوۡمَ جَنَّـٰتࣱ تَجۡرِی مِن تَحۡتِهَا ٱلۡأَنۡهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِینَ فِیهَاۚ ذَ ٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلۡفَوۡزُ ٱلۡعَظِیمُ ۝١٢

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

A day/time you see/understand the believers (M) and the believers (F), their light strives/hastens between their hands and at their rights ; your good news the day/today, (is) treed gardens/paradises the rivers/waterways flow from beneath it, immortally/eternally in it , that (is) the success/triumph , the great

yawma tarā l-mu'minīna wal-mu'mināti yasʿā nūruhum bayna aydīhim wabi-aymānihim bush'rākumu l-yawma jannātun tajrī min taḥtihā l-anhāru khālidīna fīhā dhālika huwa l-fawzu l-ʿaẓīm

57:13

یَوۡمَ یَقُولُ ٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقُونَ وَٱلۡمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتُ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱنظُرُونَا نَقۡتَبِسۡ مِن نُّورِكُمۡ قِیلَ ٱرۡجِعُوا۟ وَرَاۤءَكُمۡ فَٱلۡتَمِسُوا۟ نُورࣰاۖ فَضُرِبَ بَیۡنَهُم بِسُورࣲ لَّهُۥ بَابُۢ بَاطِنُهُۥ فِیهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَةُ وَظَـٰهِرُهُۥ مِن قِبَلِهِ ٱلۡعَذَابُ ۝١٣

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

A day/time the hypocrites (M) and the hypocrites (F) say to those who believed: "Give us time we learn/benefit from your light." (It) is/was said: "Return behind you , so feel/seek a light." So it wasseparated between them with a fence/wall, for it (is) a door/entrance its interior/ secret in it (is) the mercy, and its exterior from its direction/front (is) the torture

yawma yaqūlu l-munāfiqūna wal-munāfiqātu lilladhīna āmanū unẓurūnā naqtabis min nūrikum qīla ir'jiʿū warāakum fal-tamisū nūran faḍuriba baynahum bisūrin lahu bābun bāṭinuhu fīhi l-raḥmatu waẓāhiruhu min qibalihi l-ʿadhāb

57:14

یُنَادُونَهُمۡ أَلَمۡ نَكُن مَّعَكُمۡۖ قَالُوا۟ بَلَىٰ وَلَـٰكِنَّكُمۡ فَتَنتُمۡ أَنفُسَكُمۡ وَتَرَبَّصۡتُمۡ وَٱرۡتَبۡتُمۡ وَغَرَّتۡكُمُ ٱلۡأَمَانِیُّ حَتَّىٰ جَاۤءَ أَمۡرُ ٱللَّهِ وَغَرَّكُم بِٱللَّهِ ٱلۡغَرُورُ ۝١٤

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

They call them: "Where we not being with you?" They said: "Yes/certainly and but you, you tested/misguided yourselves, and you waited/remained , and you became doubtful/suspicious, and the wishes/desires have deceived/tempted you until God's order/command came, and the deceit/temptation deceived/tempted you with God."

yunādūnahum alam nakun maʿakum qālū balā walākinnakum fatantum anfusakum watarabbaṣtum wa-ir'tabtum wagharratkumu l-amāniyu ḥattā jāa amru l-lahi wagharrakum bil-lahi l-gharūr

57:15

فَٱلۡیَوۡمَ لَا یُؤۡخَذُ مِنكُمۡ فِدۡیَةࣱ وَلَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ۚ مَأۡوَىٰكُمُ ٱلنَّارُۖ هِیَ مَوۡلَىٰكُمۡۖ وَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمَصِیرُ ۝١٥

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

So the day/today no ransom/compensation (will) be taken from you, and nor from those who disbelieved, and your shelter/refuge (is) the fire , it is your guardian/ally , and how bad (is) the end/ destination

fal-yawma lā yu'khadhu minkum fid'yatun walā mina alladhīna kafarū mawākumu l-nāru hiya mawlākum wabi'sa l-maṣīr

57:16

۞ أَلَمۡ یَأۡنِ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوۤا۟ أَن تَخۡشَعَ قُلُوبُهُمۡ لِذِكۡرِ ٱللَّهِ وَمَا نَزَلَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ وَلَا یَكُونُوا۟ كَٱلَّذِینَ أُوتُوا۟ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ مِن قَبۡلُ فَطَالَ عَلَیۡهِمُ ٱلۡأَمَدُ فَقَسَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡۖ وَكَثِیرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَـٰسِقُونَ ۝١٦

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Is it not time/did not time near to those who believed, that their hearts/minds submit/humble to God's remembrance/reminder, and what descended from the truth , and they not be as/like those who were given/brought The Book from before, so (it) became/lasted long on them the time, so their hearts/minds became cruel/hardened/merciless, and many of them (are) debauchers

alam yani lilladhīna āmanū an takhshaʿa qulūbuhum lidhik'ri l-lahi wamā nazala mina l-ḥaqi walā yakūnū ka-alladhīna ūtū l-kitāba min qablu faṭāla ʿalayhimu l-amadu faqasat qulūbuhum wakathīrun min'hum fāsiqūn

57:17

ٱعۡلَمُوۤا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ یُحۡیِ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاۚ قَدۡ بَیَّنَّا لَكُمُ ٱلۡءَایَـٰتِ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ ۝١٧

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Know that God revives/makes alive the earth/Planet Earth after its death/lifelessness, We had clarified/explained for you the verses/evidences , maybe/perhaps you reason/comprehend

iʿ'lamū anna l-laha yuḥ'yī l-arḍa baʿda mawtihā qad bayyannā lakumu l-āyāti laʿallakum taʿqilūn

57:18

إِنَّ ٱلۡمُصَّدِّقِینَ وَٱلۡمُصَّدِّقَـٰتِ وَأَقۡرَضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنࣰا یُضَـٰعَفُ لَهُمۡ وَلَهُمۡ أَجۡرࣱ كَرِیمࣱ ۝١٨

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

That truly the charity givers (M) and the charity givers (F) , and (if) they lent/advanced God a good/beautiful loan/ advance, (it) be doubled/multiplied for them, and for them (is) an honoured/generous reimbursement

inna l-muṣadiqīna wal-muṣadiqāti wa-aqraḍū l-laha qarḍan ḥasanan yuḍāʿafu lahum walahum ajrun karīmu

57:19

وَٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۤ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلصِّدِّیقُونَۖ وَٱلشُّهَدَاۤءُ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرُهُمۡ وَنُورُهُمۡۖ وَٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ وَكَذَّبُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِنَاۤ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ أَصۡحَـٰبُ ٱلۡجَحِیمِ ۝١٩

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

And those who believed by God and His messengers, those they are always very truthful, and the witnesses/ estifiers/present/(martyrs) at their Lord, for them (is) their reimbursement and their light, and those who disbelieved and lied/denied/falsified with Our verses/evidences , those are the Hells' owners/company/friends

wa-alladhīna āmanū bil-lahi warusulihi ulāika humu l-ṣidīqūna wal-shuhadāu ʿinda rabbihim lahum ajruhum wanūruhum wa-alladhīna kafarū wakadhabū biāyātinā ulāika aṣḥābu l-jaḥīm

57:20

ٱعۡلَمُوۤا۟ أَنَّمَا ٱلۡحَیَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡیَا لَعِبࣱ وَلَهۡوࣱ وَزِینَةࣱ وَتَفَاخُرُۢ بَیۡنَكُمۡ وَتَكَاثُرࣱ فِی ٱلۡأَمۡوَ ٰلِ وَٱلۡأَوۡلَـٰدِۖ كَمَثَلِ غَیۡثٍ أَعۡجَبَ ٱلۡكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُۥ ثُمَّ یَهِیجُ فَتَرَىٰهُ مُصۡفَرࣰّا ثُمَّ یَكُونُ حُطَـٰمࣰاۖ وَفِی ٱلۡءَاخِرَةِ عَذَابࣱ شَدِیدࣱ وَمَغۡفِرَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ وَرِضۡوَ ٰنࣱۚ وَمَا ٱلۡحَیَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡیَاۤ إِلَّا مَتَـٰعُ ٱلۡغُرُورِ ۝٢٠

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Know that the life the present/worldly life (is) playing/amusement and a play thing/amusement , and decoration/ornament , and competing in pride/arrogance/glory between you, and multiplication in the properties/possessions and the children, as/like rain (that) its plants pleased the disbelievers, then (it) dries and yellows , so you see it yellow/yellowish, then (it) becomes broken/debris/fragments , and in the end (other life is) a strong (severe) torture, and a forgiveness from God, and acceptance/approval ; and the life the present/worldly life is not except the deceits'/temptation's long life/enjoyment

iʿ'lamū annamā l-ḥayatu l-dun'yā laʿibun walahwun wazīnatun watafākhurun baynakum watakāthurun fī l-amwāli wal-awlādi kamathali ghaythin aʿjaba l-kufāra nabātuhu thumma yahīju fatarāhu muṣ'farran thumma yakūnu ḥuṭāman wafī l-ākhirati ʿadhābun shadīdun wamaghfiratun mina l-lahi wariḍ'wānun wamā l-ḥayatu l-dun'yā illā matāʿu l-ghurūr

57:21

سَابِقُوۤا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغۡفِرَةࣲ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرۡضُهَا كَعَرۡضِ ٱلسَّمَاۤءِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِ أُعِدَّتۡ لِلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَرُسُلِهِۦۚ ذَ ٰلِكَ فَضۡلُ ٱللَّهِ یُؤۡتِیهِ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ ۝٢١

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Race/surpass to forgiveness from your Lord, and a treed garden/paradise its width/expanse/broadness (is) as/like the sky's/space's and the earth's/Planet Earth's width/expanse/broadness, (it) was prepared to those who believed by God and His messengers, that (is) God's grace/favour/blessing, He gives/brings it (to) whom He wills/wants/intends, and God (is owner) of the grace/favour/blessing, the great

sābiqū ilā maghfiratin min rabbikum wajannatin ʿarḍuhā kaʿarḍi l-samāi wal-arḍi uʿiddat lilladhīna āmanū bil-lahi warusulihi dhālika faḍlu l-lahi yu'tīhi man yashāu wal-lahu dhū l-faḍli l-ʿaẓīm

57:22

مَاۤ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِیبَةࣲ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا فِیۤ أَنفُسِكُمۡ إِلَّا فِی كِتَـٰبࣲ مِّن قَبۡلِ أَن نَّبۡرَأَهَاۤۚ إِنَّ ذَ ٰلِكَ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ یَسِیرࣱ ۝٢٢

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

(That there is) none from a disaster (that) struck/hit in the earth/Planet Earth, and nor in yourselves except (that it is) in a Book from before that We create it of nothing, that truly that (is) on God easy/little/small

mā aṣāba min muṣībatin fī l-arḍi walā fī anfusikum illā fī kitābin min qabli an nabra-ahā inna dhālika ʿalā l-lahi yasīru

57:23

لِّكَیۡلَا تَأۡسَوۡا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا فَاتَكُمۡ وَلَا تَفۡرَحُوا۟ بِمَاۤ ءَاتَىٰكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا یُحِبُّ كُلَّ مُخۡتَالࣲ فَخُورٍ ۝٢٣

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

In order that you not grieve/sadden/sorrow for what passed/missed your permanently, and do not rejoice/delight with what He gave you, and God does not love/like every/each conceited/arrogant, proud/ arrogant (person)

likaylā tasaw ʿalā mā fātakum walā tafraḥū bimā ātākum wal-lahu lā yuḥibbu kulla mukh'tālin fakhūri

57:24

ٱلَّذِینَ یَبۡخَلُونَ وَیَأۡمُرُونَ ٱلنَّاسَ بِٱلۡبُخۡلِۗ وَمَن یَتَوَلَّ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ هُوَ ٱلۡغَنِیُّ ٱلۡحَمِیدُ ۝٢٤

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

Those who are being stingy/miser and order/command the people with the stinginess/miserliness, and who turns away, so then God He is the rich, the praiseworthy/commendable

alladhīna yabkhalūna wayamurūna l-nāsa bil-bukh'li waman yatawalla fa-inna l-laha huwa l-ghaniyu l-ḥamīd

57:25

لَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا رُسُلَنَا بِٱلۡبَیِّنَـٰتِ وَأَنزَلۡنَا مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَٱلۡمِیزَانَ لِیَقُومَ ٱلنَّاسُ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِۖ وَأَنزَلۡنَا ٱلۡحَدِیدَ فِیهِ بَأۡسࣱ شَدِیدࣱ وَمَنَـٰفِعُ لِلنَّاسِ وَلِیَعۡلَمَ ٱللَّهُ مَن یَنصُرُهُۥ وَرُسُلَهُۥ بِٱلۡغَیۡبِۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَوِیٌّ عَزِیزࣱ ۝٢٥

Muhammad Ahmed - Samira

We had (E) sent Our messengers with the evidences, and We descended with them The Book , and the scale/measuring instrument , (for) the people to keep up/take care of with the just/equitable, and We descended the iron, in it (is) strong (severe) power/might , and benefits/uses for the people, and (it is for) God to know who gives Him victory/aid and His messenger with the unseen/hidden , that truly God (is) strong, glorious/mighty

laqad arsalnā rusulanā bil-bayināti wa-anzalnā maʿahumu l-kitāba wal-mīzāna liyaqūma l-nāsu bil-qis'ṭi wa-anzalnā l-ḥadīda fīhi basun shadīdun wamanāfiʿu lilnnāsi waliyaʿlama l-lahu man yanṣuruhu warusulahu bil-ghaybi inna l-laha qawiyyun ʿazīzu

57:26

وَلَقَدۡ أَرۡسَلۡنَا نُوحࣰا وَإِبۡرَ ٰهِیمَ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِی ذُرِّیَّتِهِمَا ٱلنُّبُوَّةَ وَٱلۡكِتَـٰبَۖ فَمِنۡهُم مُّهۡتَدࣲۖ وَكَثِیرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَـٰسِقُونَ ۝٢٦

And We (E) had sent Noah and Abraham, and We made/put in their (B)'s descendants the prophethood and The Book , so from them (who) is guided and many from them (are) debauchers

walaqad arsalnā nūḥan wa-ib'rāhīma wajaʿalnā fī dhurriyyatihimā l-nubuwata wal-kitāba famin'hum muh'tadin wakathīrun min'hum fāsiqūn

57:27

ثُمَّ قَفَّیۡنَا عَلَىٰۤ ءَاثَـٰرِهِم بِرُسُلِنَا وَقَفَّیۡنَا بِعِیسَى ٱبۡنِ مَرۡیَمَ وَءَاتَیۡنَـٰهُ ٱلۡإِنجِیلَۖ وَجَعَلۡنَا فِی قُلُوبِ ٱلَّذِینَ ٱتَّبَعُوهُ رَأۡفَةࣰ وَرَحۡمَةࣰۚ وَرَهۡبَانِیَّةً ٱبۡتَدَعُوهَا مَا كَتَبۡنَـٰهَا عَلَیۡهِمۡ إِلَّا ٱبۡتِغَاۤءَ رِضۡوَ ٰنِ ٱللَّهِ فَمَا رَعَوۡهَا حَقَّ رِعَایَتِهَاۖ فَءَاتَیۡنَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ مِنۡهُمۡ أَجۡرَهُمۡۖ وَكَثِیرࣱ مِّنۡهُمۡ فَـٰسِقُونَ ۝٢٧

Then We sent after/made to follow on their tracks with Our messengers, and We sent after/made to follow with Jesus Mary's son, and We gave/brought him the Bible/New Testament , and We made/put in (the) hearts/minds (of) those who followed him mercy/compassion, and mercy and monkhood/monasticism they invented/innovated it , We did not order/ dictate it on them except (their) wishing/desiring God's acceptance/ approval , so they did not tend/protect it its deserved/just protection/keep , so We gave/brought those who believed from them their reimbursement ; many/much from them (are) debauchers

thumma qaffaynā ʿalā āthārihim birusulinā waqaffaynā biʿīsā ib'ni maryama waātaynāhu l-injīla wajaʿalnā fī qulūbi alladhīna ittabaʿūhu rafatan waraḥmatan warahbāniyyatan ib'tadaʿūhā mā katabnāhā ʿalayhim illā ib'tighāa riḍ'wāni l-lahi famā raʿawhā ḥaqqa riʿāyatihā faātaynā alladhīna āmanū min'hum ajrahum wakathīrun min'hum fāsiqūn

57:28

یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلَّذِینَ ءَامَنُوا۟ ٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ وَءَامِنُوا۟ بِرَسُولِهِۦ یُؤۡتِكُمۡ كِفۡلَیۡنِ مِن رَّحۡمَتِهِۦ وَیَجۡعَل لَّكُمۡ نُورࣰا تَمۡشُونَ بِهِۦ وَیَغۡفِرۡ لَكُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ ۝٢٨

You, you those who believed, fear and obey God, and believe with (in) His messenger, He gives/bring to you two portions/doubles/equals from His mercy, and He makes/puts for you a light you walk with (in) it , and He forgives for you, and God (is) forgiving, merciful

yāayyuhā alladhīna āmanū ittaqū l-laha waāminū birasūlihi yu'tikum kif'layni min raḥmatihi wayajʿal lakum nūran tamshūna bihi wayaghfir lakum wal-lahu ghafūrun raḥīmu

57:29

لِّئَلَّا یَعۡلَمَ أَهۡلُ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ أَلَّا یَقۡدِرُونَ عَلَىٰ شَیۡءࣲ مِّن فَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَأَنَّ ٱلۡفَضۡلَ بِیَدِ ٱللَّهِ یُؤۡتِیهِ مَن یَشَاۤءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ ذُو ٱلۡفَضۡلِ ٱلۡعَظِیمِ ۝٢٩

For that The Book's people not know that they not be capable/able on a thing from God's grace/favour , and that (E) the grace/favour (is) with God's hand, He gives/brings it (to) whom He wills/wants/intends, and God (is owner) of the grace/favour/blessing, the great. (Jews and Christians all claim to be God's favourite, this verse states that God's mercy and blessing is to whomever He intends, and not exclusively to Jews or Christians)

li-allā yaʿlama ahlu l-kitābi allā yaqdirūna ʿalā shayin min faḍli l-lahi wa-anna l-faḍla biyadi l-lahi yu'tīhi man yashāu wal-lahu dhū l-faḍli l-ʿaẓīm
