رَٰعُونَ rāʿūna
(are) observers Noun

who are faithful to their trusts and pledge

وَٱلَّذِینَ هُمۡ لِأَمَـٰنَـٰتِهِمۡ وَعَهۡدِهِمۡ رَ ٰعُونَ ۝٨

wa-alladhīna hum li-amānātihim waʿahdihim rāʿūn
