أَمۡ حَسِبَ ٱلَّذِینَ فِی قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ أَن لَّن یُخۡرِجَ ٱللَّهُ أَضۡغَـٰنَهُمۡ ٢٩
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
Or do those in whose hearts is disease think that Allah would never expose their [feelings of] hatred
Abdel Haleem:
Do the corrupt at heart assume that God will not expose their malice
Muhammad Marmaduke Pickthall:
Or do those in whose hearts is a disease deem that Allah will not bring to light their (secret) hates

إِن یَسۡءَلۡكُمُوهَا فَیُحۡفِكُمۡ تَبۡخَلُوا۟ وَیُخۡرِجۡ أَضۡغَـٰنَكُمۡ ٣٧
Umm Muhammad (Sahih International):
If He should ask you for them and press you, you would withhold, and He would expose your unwillingness

you would be grudging if He were to ask you and press you for them, and He would bring your ill-will to light
