حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: خَرَجْتُ مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ إِلَى السُّوقِ، فَمَرَّ عَلَى جَارِيَةٍ صَغِيرَةٍ تُغَنِّي، فَقَالَ: إِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَوْ تَرَكَ أَحَدًا لَتَرَكَ هَذِهِ.
‘Abdullah ibn Dinar said, “I went out with ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar to the market. He passed by a small slave-girl who singing and remarked, ‘Shaytan. If he had left anyone, he would have left this girl.'”
