Bulugh al-Maram:Business Transactions:Hadith 1026
وَأَخْرَجَ لَهُ شَاهِدًا ضَعِيفًا عَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ 1‏ .‏‏1 ‏- ضعيف جدا.‏ رواه الحاكم ( 2 / 47 )‏ وفي سنده " متروك " كما أن في متنه مخالفة أخرى.‏

He also reported for this Hadith a Shahid (supporting narration) which is weak, from Ibn ‘Abbas.
