Mishkat al-Masabih:Game and Animals Which May Be Slaughtered:Hadith 3910
وَعَنْهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَعَنَ مَنِ اتَّخَذَ شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا

He told that the Prophet cursed those who used a living creature as a target.
