Mishkat al-Masabih:Medicine and Spells:Hadith 4333
وَعَن عَائِشَة قَالَتْ: أَمَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نَسْتَرْقِيَ مِنَ الْعَيْنِ

The Prophet gave command that we should use a spell against the evil eye.
