قَالَ أَبِي فَحَدَّثْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ أَبِي عَيَّاشٍ، فَقَالَ أَشْهَدُ لَسَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَعِيدٍ يُحَدِّثُ وَيَزِيدُ فِيهِ
" كَمَا تَرَاءَوْنَ الْكَوْكَبَ الْغَارِبَ فِي الأُفُقِ الشَّرْقِيِّ وَالْغَرْبِيِّ ".
Mu'allaq (suspended chain): the early portion of the chain is intentionally omitted in the original text.
