وَحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، وَيَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، وَقُتَيْبَةُ، وَابْنُ، حُجْرٍ قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى أَخْبَرَنَا وَقَالَ الآخَرُونَ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عَبْدَ، اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ - رضى الله عنهما - يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" خَمْسٌ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ حَرَامٌ فَلاَ جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ فِيهِنَّ الْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَارَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْغُرَابُ وَالْحُدَيَّا " . وَاللَّفْظُ لِيَحْيَى بْنِ يَحْيَى .
Five (are the animals) which, it one kills them In the state of Ihram, entail no sin for one (who does it): scorpion, rat, voracious dog, crow and kite.
