حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ،
عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنِ الْبِتْعِ فَقَالَ
"
كُلُّ شَرَابٍ أَسْكَرَ فَهُوَ حَرَامٌ " .
Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) was asked about Bit’i, whereupon he said: Every drink that causes intoxication is forbidden.
