حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الصَّبَّاحِ الْبَزَّارُ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ - حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَقِيلِ بْنِ مَعْقِلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ وَهْبٍ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُنَبِّهٍ - عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ ‏ "‏ إِذَا تُوُفِّيَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَوَجَدَ شَيْئًا فَلْيُكَفَّنْ فِي ثَوْبٍ حِبَرَةٍ ‏"‏ ‏.‏

The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When one of you dies, and he possesses something, he should be shrouded in the garment of the Yemeni stuff.
