Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud) — Hadith #4392

وَبِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم
" لَيْسَ عَلَى الْخَائِنِ قَطْعٌ " .

He also said through this chain: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Cutting of the hand is not to be inflicted on one who is treacherous.
