حَدَّثَنَا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ لاَ يُقَادُ الْحُرُّ بِالْعَبْدِ .
“A free man should not be subjected to retaliation in return for a slave.”
