صُمُّۢ بُكۡمٌ عُمۡیࣱ فَهُمۡ لَا یَرۡجِعُونَ ١٨
ṣummun buk'mun ʿum'yun fahum lā yarjiʿūn
deaf, dumb, and blind: they will never return
(They are) deaf, dumb, and blind, so they will not return (to Right Way).
Deaf, dumb, blind; wherefore they will not return
