The Rock, Stoneland, Rock City 15:66

And We conveyed V
إِلَيْهِ ilayhi

ذَٰلِكَ dhālika

ٱلْأَمْرَ l-amra

دَابِرَ dābira
(the) root Noun
هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ hāulāi
(of) these Noun
مَقْطُوعٌ maqṭūʿun
would be cut off Noun
مُّصْبِحِينَ muṣ'biḥīna
(by) early morning Noun

We made this decree known to him: the last remnants of those people would be wiped out in the morning

وَقَضَیۡنَاۤ إِلَیۡهِ ذَ ٰلِكَ ٱلۡأَمۡرَ أَنَّ دَابِرَ هَـٰۤؤُلَاۤءِ مَقۡطُوعࣱ مُّصۡبِحِینَ ۝٦٦

waqaḍaynā ilayhi dhālika l-amra anna dābira hāulāi maqṭūʿun muṣ'biḥīn
