The Criterion, The Standard 25:5

وَقَالُوٓا۟ waqālū
And they say V
أَسَٰطِيرُ asāṭīru

ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ l-awalīna

ٱكْتَتَبَهَا ik'tatabahā

فَهِىَ fahiya

تُمْلَىٰ tum'lā
are dictated V
عَلَيْهِ ʿalayhi

بُكْرَةً buk'ratan

وَأَصِيلًا wa-aṣīlan
and evening Noun

and they say, ‘It is just ancient fables, which he has had written down: they are dictated to him morning and evening.’

وَقَالُوۤا۟ أَسَـٰطِیرُ ٱلۡأَوَّلِینَ ٱكۡتَتَبَهَا فَهِیَ تُمۡلَىٰ عَلَیۡهِ بُكۡرَةࣰ وَأَصِیلࣰا ۝٥

waqālū asāṭīru l-awalīna ik'tatabahā fahiya tum'lā ʿalayhi buk'ratan wa-aṣīla
