The Troops, Throngs, The Companies 39:63

مَقَالِيدُ maqālīdu
(are the) keys Noun
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ l-samāwāti
(of) the heavens Noun
وَٱلْأَرْضِ wal-arḍi
and the earth Noun
وَٱلَّذِينَ wa-alladhīna
And those who Noun
كَفَرُوا۟ kafarū
disbelieve V
بِـَٔايَٰتِ biāyāti
in (the) Verses Noun
ٱللَّهِ l-lahi
(of) Allah Noun
أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ ulāika
those Noun
هُمُ humu
they Noun
ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ l-khāsirūna
(are) the losers Noun

the keys of the heavens and earth are His. Those who have rejected the revelations of God will be the losers

لَّهُۥ مَقَالِیدُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَ ٰتِ وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۗ وَٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ بِءَایَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ أُو۟لَـٰۤىِٕكَ هُمُ ٱلۡخَـٰسِرُونَ ۝٦٣

lahu maqālīdu l-samāwāti wal-arḍi wa-alladhīna kafarū biāyāti l-lahi ulāika humu l-khāsirūn
