Ornaments of Gold, Luxury, The Embellishment 43:4

It is truly exalted in the Source of Scripture kept with Us, and full of wisdom

وَإِنَّهُۥ فِیۤ أُمِّ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبِ لَدَیۡنَا لَعَلِیٌّ حَكِیمٌ ۝٤

wa-innahu fī ummi l-kitābi ladaynā laʿaliyyun ḥakīmu
