The Table, The Table Spread 5:98

Know too that God is severe in punishment yet most forgiving and merciful

ٱعۡلَمُوۤا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِیدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمࣱ ۝٩٨

iʿ'lamū anna l-laha shadīdu l-ʿiqābi wa-anna l-laha ghafūrun raḥīmu

وَٱتَّقُوا۟ فِتْنَةً لَّا تُصِيبَنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ مِنكُمْ خَآصَّةً ۖ وَٱعْلَمُوٓا۟ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ

wa-ittaqū fit'natan lā tuṣībanna alladhīna ẓalamū minkum khāṣṣatan wa-iʿ'lamū anna l-laha shadīdu l-ʿiqāb

Beware of discord that harms not only the wrongdoers among you: know that God is severe in His punishment

2:192 15%

فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوْا۟ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

fa-ini intahaw fa-inna l-laha ghafūrun raḥīmu

but if they stop, then God is most forgiving and merciful

ثُمَّ أَفِيضُوا۟ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَفَاضَ ٱلنَّاسُ وَٱسْتَغْفِرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

thumma afīḍū min ḥaythu afāḍa l-nāsu wa-is'taghfirū l-laha inna l-laha ghafūrun raḥīmu

Surge down where the rest of the people do, and ask forgiveness of God: He is most forgiving and merciful

فَكُلُوا۟ مِمَّا غَنِمْتُمْ حَلَـٰلًا طَيِّبًا ۚ وَٱتَّقُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ

fakulū mimmā ghanim'tum ḥalālan ṭayyiban wa-ittaqū l-laha inna l-laha ghafūrun raḥīmu

So enjoy in a good and lawful manner the things you have gained in war and be mindful of God: He is forgiving and merciful
