The Heights, The Elevated Places 7:190

فَلَمَّآ falammā
But when Noun
ءَاتَىٰهُمَا ātāhumā
He gives them V
صَٰلِحًا ṣāliḥan
a good, (child) Noun
جَعَلَا jaʿalā
they make V
لَهُۥ lahu
for Him Noun
شُرَكَآءَ shurakāa
partners Noun
فِيمَآ fīmā
in what Prep
ءَاتَىٰهُمَا ātāhumā
He has given them V
فَتَعَٰلَى fataʿālā
But exalted V
ٱللَّهُ l-lahu
(is) Allah Noun
عَمَّا ʿammā
above what Prep
يُشْرِكُونَ yush'rikūna
they associate (with Him) V

and yet when He gives them a good child they ascribe some of what He has granted them to others

فَلَمَّاۤ ءَاتَىٰهُمَا صَـٰلِحࣰا جَعَلَا لَهُۥ شُرَكَاۤءَ فِیمَاۤ ءَاتَىٰهُمَاۚ فَتَعَـٰلَى ٱللَّهُ عَمَّا یُشۡرِكُونَ ۝١٩٠

falammā ātāhumā ṣāliḥan jaʿalā lahu shurakāa fīmā ātāhumā fataʿālā l-lahu ʿammā yush'rikūn
