104 یَوۡمَ نَطۡوِی ٱلسَّمَاۤءَ كَطَیِّ ٱلسِّجِلِّ لِلۡكُتُبِۚ كَمَا بَدَأۡنَاۤ أَوَّلَ خَلۡقࣲ نُّعِیدُهُۥۚ وَعۡدًا عَلَیۡنَاۤۚ إِنَّا كُنَّا فَـٰعِلِینَ ۝١٠٤ yawma naṭwī l-samāa kaṭayyi l-sijili lil'kutubi kamā badanā awwala khalqin nuʿīduhu waʿdan ʿalaynā innā kunnā fāʿilīn On that Day, We shall roll up the skies as a writer rolls up [his] scrolls. We shall reproduce creation just as We produced it the first time: this is Our binding promise. We shall certainly do all these things 105 وَلَقَدۡ كَتَبۡنَا فِی ٱلزَّبُورِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ ٱلذِّكۡرِ أَنَّ ٱلۡأَرۡضَ یَرِثُهَا عِبَادِیَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحُونَ ۝١٠٥ walaqad katabnā fī l-zabūri min baʿdi l-dhik'ri anna l-arḍa yarithuhā ʿibādiya l-ṣāliḥūn We wrote in the Psalms, as We did in [earlier] Scripture: ‘My righteous servants will inherit the earth.’ 106 إِنَّ فِی هَـٰذَا لَبَلَـٰغࣰا لِّقَوۡمٍ عَـٰبِدِینَ ۝١٠٦ inna fī hādhā labalāghan liqawmin ʿābidīn There truly is a message in this for the servants of God 107 وَمَاۤ أَرۡسَلۡنَـٰكَ إِلَّا رَحۡمَةࣰ لِّلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ ۝١٠٧ wamā arsalnāka illā raḥmatan lil'ʿālamīn It was only as a mercy that We sent you [Prophet] to all people
108 قُلۡ إِنَّمَا یُوحَىٰۤ إِلَیَّ أَنَّمَاۤ إِلَـٰهُكُمۡ إِلَـٰهࣱ وَ ٰحِدࣱۖ فَهَلۡ أَنتُم مُّسۡلِمُونَ ۝١٠٨ qul innamā yūḥā ilayya annamā ilāhukum ilāhun wāḥidun fahal antum mus'limūn Say, ‘What is revealed to me is that your God is one God- will you submit to Him?’
109 فَإِن تَوَلَّوۡا۟ فَقُلۡ ءَاذَنتُكُمۡ عَلَىٰ سَوَاۤءࣲۖ وَإِنۡ أَدۡرِیۤ أَقَرِیبٌ أَم بَعِیدࣱ مَّا تُوعَدُونَ ۝١٠٩ fa-in tawallaw faqul ādhantukum ʿalā sawāin wa-in adrī aqarībun am baʿīdun mā tūʿadūn But if they turn away, say, ‘I have proclaimed the message fairly to you all. I do not know whether the judgement you are promised is near or far 110 إِنَّهُۥ یَعۡلَمُ ٱلۡجَهۡرَ مِنَ ٱلۡقَوۡلِ وَیَعۡلَمُ مَا تَكۡتُمُونَ ۝١١٠ innahu yaʿlamu l-jahra mina l-qawli wayaʿlamu mā taktumūn but He knows what you reveal and conceal 111 وَإِنۡ أَدۡرِی لَعَلَّهُۥ فِتۡنَةࣱ لَّكُمۡ وَمَتَـٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِینࣲ ۝١١١ wa-in adrī laʿallahu fit'natun lakum wamatāʿun ilā ḥīni I do not know: this [time] may well be a test for you, and enjoyment for a while.’ 112 قَـٰلَ رَبِّ ٱحۡكُم بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ وَرَبُّنَا ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ ٱلۡمُسۡتَعَانُ عَلَىٰ مَا تَصِفُونَ ۝١١٢ qāla rabbi uḥ'kum bil-ḥaqi warabbunā l-raḥmānu l-mus'taʿānu ʿalā mā taṣifūn He said,‘My Lord, pass the true judgement.’ And, ‘Our Lord is the Lord of Mercy. We seek His assistance against what you [disbelievers] say.’
