Mishkat al-Masabih:Business Transactions:Hadith 2887
وَعَنْ جَابِرٌ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الْعُمْرَى مِيرَاثٌ لِأَهْلِهَا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

is part of the inheritance of those who receive it.”

Muslim transmitted it.
