ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ عَلَى ٱلۡعَرۡشِ ٱسۡتَوَىٰ ٥
al-raḥmānu ʿalā l-ʿarshi is'taw
the Lord of Mercy, established on the throne
the Gracious (Allah) rose over the Throne (to suit Majesty),
