یَـٰۤأَیُّهَا ٱلۡمُزَّمِّلُ ۝١
You [Prophet], enfolded in your cloak
O you wrapped in garments (Muhammad)!
O thou enwrapped
O YOU ENWRAPPED in the cloak (of Prophethood)
O covered one (Muzammil)!
You who are enwrapped in your clothing!
O you wrapped up in your mantle
O you enwrapped one
O you that have wrapped yourself up in robes (of Prophethood)
O thou enwrapped in thy robes
You who have wrapped yourself (with your clothes),
O’ (Mohammad) who are slipped into something comfortable at home and relax
O you who are covered
O you enwrapped one,
O thou who art enwrapped
O the One Wrapped in piety! (Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him
O you the one wrapped.
O thou wrapped up
O you wrapped up in your garment
O you (Prophet Muhammad) wrapped
O THOU ENFOLDED in thy mantle
O you Al-Muzzammil [a person who devotes himself (to the Scripture) in missionary spirit, and is a trainee student]
O thou, the one who is wrapped,
O you shrouded in garments,…
O Muzzammil (folded in garments - one of the nick names of the Prophet Muhammad)
O you the (sleeping) enwrapped one
O thou covering thyself up
O you who are wrapped up in garments !
O you who are wrapped up [against cold or to go to sleep]
O mantled (Beloved!
O you who are covered with your garments
You, you the hiding/wrapped in clothes
O THOU enwrapped one
O you enwrapped (in your raiment)
O thou wrapped up in thy raiment
You, who have wrapped yourself up with a mantle
O you, wrapped up in clothes
O’ you who wrap himself in garments!
Oh you, (Muhammad, SAW), bundled up in clothes
O’ you who wrap himself in garments!
O you who are clothed in heavy attire and falling asleep
The Enwrapped!
O you wrapped ˹in your clothes˺!
Oh you invested (with the mission),
YOU² THAT are wrapped up in your mantle
O you cloaked one.
You who wraps himself [in his clothing],

O you The Enwrapped one [in clothing].
O You (Prophet) the great selector of companions, the best caravan leader
O you who have wrapped up in your garments

Stay up throughout the night, all but a small part of it
Stand to pray all night, except a little,

أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَیۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِیلًا ۝٤
or a little more; recite the Quran slowly and distinctly

Or increase thereto. And intone the Qur'an with a measured intontion.

Or increase it, and recite and contemplate upon the Quran!

Or, (make it) a little more (than half); and recite the Qur´an distinctly and in a slow sing-song chant

or about half of it and increase the little, and recite the Quran with measured flow of words and due correlation and interdependence of parts featuring musical sound depending on systematic grouping of notes and producing a harmonious whole

إِنَّا سَنُلۡقِی عَلَیۡكَ قَوۡلࣰا ثَقِیلًا ۝٥
We shall send a momentous message down to you
Surely, We shall soon send down to you a weighty Word (obligations).
Verily We! anon We shall cast upon thee a weighty word
We shall soon entrust to you a message heavy (with solemnity)
Indeed, We will send upon you (make you experience in your consciousness) a heavy word!
We will impose a weighty Word upon you.
Indeed soon We shall cast on you a weighty word
We will surely charge you with a weighty Word (and with applying it in your daily life and conveying it to others)
Verily, We are soon going to charge you with the enormous and important responsibility of (conveying to mankind) the Message (of your Lord)
Behold, We shall cast upon thee a weighty word
Indeed, We are going to throw a heavy word on you.
Pretty soon you will be given the rest of Qur’an: a mighty revelation [for mankind]
Soon We will place on you a weighty message
Indeed, We are about to cast upon yousg a heavy word.
Verily, we will cast on thee a heavy speech
Indeed We shall soon ordain a heavy responsibility upon you
We indeed are soon going to deliver unto you a heavy word.
For We will lay on thee a weighty word
Surely We will make to light upon you (charge you with) a weighty Word (or message)
We are about to cast upon you a weighty Word
For we shall devolve on thee weighty words
Verily We, soon We will transfer unto you (into your heart) a weighty statement
for We will cast on thee a weighty saying.
Indeed, We shall bestow to you a profound message.
Soon We are going to send you a weighty message
Behold, We shall cast upon you a Weighty Word
Surely We shall charge thee with a weighty word
We will put on you (the responsibility of delivering) a weighty statement.
Indeed, We are about to send down to you a message of great importance
Soon We shall send down to you a burdensome command
We will place upon you a saying which is heavy
We will place upon you a saying which is heavy.
We will place upon you a saying which is heavy.
That We, We will throw (a) heavy saying/word/declaration on you
Behold, We shall bestow upon thee a weighty message –
Surely We will soon cast upon you a weighty Saying
For we shall charge thee with a word of weight
We are about to reveal to you a mighty word
We are going to send down to you a weighty discourse
Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy speech.
Indeed, soon We will lay upon you a profound statement, (and entrust you with a momentous mission)
Most surely We will cast upon you a heavy speech.
We shall lay on you a momentous message to declare in words and to say it out
Soon, We will send you a weighty Revelation.
˹For˺ We will soon send upon you a weighty revelation.
We shall entrust you with a heavy statement.
for We are about to address to you words of surpassing gravity
We will give you a heavy message.
We will send a weighty message to you.
We will send a weighty message to you.
Surely, We will throw upon you a heavy saying.
Behold, We are charging you with a substantial Declaration (a Lofty Mission)
Surely We will make to light upon you a weighty Word
Verily, WE are about to charge thee with a weighty Word
Truly We shall soon cast upon thee a weighty Word
Verily, soon We shall send down upon you a weighty message
We will bestow upon you a heavy word.
We are about to give you a heavy message
Indeed, We will cast upon you a heavy word
Indeed, We will soon cast on you a heavy speech.
Soon shall We send down to thee a weighty Message
Soon shall We send down to thee a weighty Message
إِنَّ نَاشِئَةَ ٱلَّیۡلِ هِیَ أَشَدُّ وَطۡءࣰا وَأَقۡوَمُ قِیلًا ۝٦
Night prayer makes a deeper impression and sharpens words––
Surely, the rising by night (for Tahajjud prayer) is very hard, most potent, and most suitable (to understand) for the Word (of Qur’an),
Verily the rising by night! it is most curbing and most conducive to right speech
Surely in the watches of the night the soul is most receptive and words more telling
Arising in the night gives greater perception and clarity in the evaluation of the call!
Certainly rising at night has a stronger effect and is more conducive to concentration.
Indeed the watch of the night is firmer in tread and more upright in respect to speech
Rising and praying at night impresses (mind and heart) most strongly and (makes) recitation more certain and upright
Verily, getting up at night (for Prayer) is the most effective means of subduing (one's self), and the most upright way to acquire firm control over one's actions and speech
surely the first part of the night is heavier in tread, more upright in speech
Indeed, rising up at night is more effective and more appropriate for word (of prayer).
Surely the night time is the best time for worship…
Truly the rising by night is most conducive and most suitable for the Word
The vigil of the night is indeed more intense and more upright for articulation.
Verily, the early part of the night is stronger in impressions and more upright in speech
Indeed getting up in the night is tougher, and the words flow with strength
Truly the growing hours of the night are greater in impact and most upright in speech.
Verily the rising by night is more efficacious for stedfast continuance in devotion, and more conducive to decent pronunciation
Surely the vigil of the night is the most potent for the soul (to receive impressions) and the best for framing speech (or the Words of prayer)
Indeed, the first part of night is heavier in tread, and more upright in speech
Verily, at the oncoming of night are devout impressions strongest, and words are most collected
Without doubt, the rising up during the night (from sleep): this (is) more potent an exercise (for training the Nafs or Ruh) and more retaining for the statement (or Message recited from the Scripture)
Truly, one who begins in the night, is when impression is strongest and speech more upright.
Truly, the rising by night is very studious and most effective and most suitable for the Word.
Surely the getting up at night for prayer is most effective for controlling the self and most suitable for reciting the Qur’an as well
Surely getting up at night is the best means of subduing the self and is more suitable for uprightness in speech
The rising by night is surely the firmest way to tread and most effective in speech
The rising at night (for righteous work) certainly gives rise to more strength of co-ordination and firmly established speech (because)
Indeed, rising up at night is most suitable for impression and retention of words
No doubt rising at night strictly subdues (the ill-commanding self), and makes the tongue deliver straight and clear speech (with the concentration of head and heart)
The time of the night is more effective and better for study

That truly the night's first hours it is stronger pressure and more just (in) a saying/word/declaration
[and,] verily, the hours of night impress the mind most strongly and speak with the clearest voice
Surely (prayer) by night is more intense in performance and more upright in (devotional) oration
Lo! the vigil of the night is (a time) when impression is more keen and speech more certain
Prayer at night leaves the strongest impression on one's soul and the words spoken are more consistent
Truly, rising by night (for prayer of tahajjud ) is the most effective way to subdue (one‘s base self) and to make speech more upright
Indeed, getting up at night for payer is the most potent for purifying (the heart), and the most effective in speech.
Indeed, during the (pre dawn) hours of the night, the perception is keener and the speech more effective (and clearer)
Indeed, getting up at night for payer is the most potent for purifying (the heart), and the most effective in speech.
The Calm and silence of the dead hours of the night make the soul sensible to the presence of Allah and impress piety upon one's heart and bring on that wisdom which the Divine hand imprints in his works
Prayer during the night makes a strong impact on the mind and makes the speech effective,
Indeed, worship in the night is more impactful and suitable for recitation.
The night-time has greater impact and speech is more pronounced in it.
It is in the watches of the night that impressions are strongest and words most eloquent
The meditation at night is more effective, and more righteous.
Rising at night has a stronger effect and is more conducive to concentration.

Surely the night vigil to worship is stronger potency, and a more establishment saying.
Verily, the vigil of the night impresses the minds most strongly, and the speech is most upright. (Mutual consultation with your companions is more effectively done at night)
Surely the rising by night is the firmest way to tread and the best corrective of speech
Verily, getting up at night for Prayer is the most potent means of subduing the self and most effective in speech
Truly the vigil of the night is firmest in tread and most upright for speech
Truly, the rising by night is most powerful for governing (the soul) and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Prayer and Praise
The night vigil is more impactful, and more suitable for understanding.
The vigil of night is more effective, and better suited for recitation
Indeed, the hours of the night are more effective for concurrence [of heart and tongue] and more suitable for words
Indeed, the early part of the night, it is most intense in tread and most straight in speech.
Truly the rising by night is most potent for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (framing) the Word (of Prayer and Praise)

إِنَّ لَكَ فِی ٱلنَّهَارِ سَبۡحࣰا طَوِیلࣰا ۝٧
you are kept busy for long periods of the day––
surely, during the day there is prolonged occupation for you with ordinary duties.
Verily there is for thee by day occupation prolonged
Indeed during the day you have a long schedule of occupations
For during the day you are occupied.
In the daytime much of your time is taken up by business matters.
for indeed during the day you have drawn-out engagements
For by day you have extended preoccupations
Indeed, you have a long (chain of) engagements during the day
surely in the day thou hast long business
Indeed, you have lengthy occupations during the day.
… as you are tied up during day with daily worldly affairs
Certainly there is for you, by day, prolonged occupation
Indeed, in the daytime yousg have lengthy work to do.
Verily, thou hast by day a long employment
Indeed you have a lot of matters during the day
Truly in the day there is for you a lengthy course of adoration.
For in the day-time thou hast long employment
Surely you have in the daytime a long occupation (with ordinary affairs of life)
You have by day prolonged occupations
But in the day time thou hast continual employ
truly for you, during the day-time is prolonged (or never-ending) chain of engagements
Truly, for thee in the daytime is a lengthy occupation.
True, there is for you by day prolonged occupation.
because, during the day you are hard pressed with worldly affairs
You are indeed much occupied during the day with the affairs of the world
Truly thou hast by day prolonged occupation
during the day you certainly have prolonged occupation.
[And] indeed, there are prolonged engagements for you during the day
Of course, there are many commitments for you during the day
For you have many duties during the day
For you have many duties during the day.
For you have many duties during the day.
That truly for you in the daytime (is) long tending to the livelihood/sleeping and resting
whereas by day a long chain of doings is thy portion
Surely in the daytime you have long employment
Lo! thou hast by day a chain of business
During the day, you are preoccupied with many activities
Surely, in daytime, you have a lengthy work to do
Indeed, you have, during the day, prolonged occupation.
You have ordinary chores to perform during the day
For during the day you are preoccupied with daily obligations.
You have all day long to attend to the world and its pursuits
since all day long you remain busy;
For during the day you are over-occupied ˹with worldly duties˺.
During the day you have a busy schedule.
in the day-time you are hard-pressed for long
You have a lot of time during the day for other matters.
In the daytime, you are kept busy for long periods.
In the daytime, you are kept busy for long periods.
Surely in the daytime, for you is a prolonged occupation.
Behold, by day you are engaged in continued strife
Surely you have in the day time a long occupation
Thou hast, indeed, during the day a long chain of engagements
For truly by day you have lengthy affairs
Verily, for you by the day, there is long (and hard) work with ordinary duties
You have during the day long engagements.
In the daytime, you have lengthy work to do
Indeed, for you by day is prolonged occupation
Indeed, for you in the day is a long occupation.
True, there is for thee by day prolonged occupation with ordinary duties
True, there is for thee by day prolonged occupation with ordinary duties
وَٱذۡكُرِ ٱسۡمَ رَبِّكَ وَتَبَتَّلۡ إِلَیۡهِ تَبۡتِیلࣰا ۝٨
so celebrate the name of your Lord and devote yourself wholeheart-edly to Him
And remember the Name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with a complete devotion.
And remember thou the name of thy Lord, and devote thyself to Him with an exclusive devotion
But recite the name of your Lord withdrawing yourself from everything, devoting yourself exclusively to Him
Remember (dhikr) the qualities of the Names comprising your essence; your Rabb, and seclude yourself to Him in complete devotion.
Remember the Name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him completely.
So celebrate the Name of your Lord and dedicate yourself to Him with total dedication
And keep in remembrance the Name of your Lord (and mention It in your Prayer), and devote yourself to Him whole-heartedly
Therefore extol the name of your Lord and devote (yourself) to Him with exclusive and sincere devotion
And remember the Name of thy Lord, and devote thyself unto Him very devoutly
And remember the name of your Lord and devote (your life) to Him devotedly.
Call upon your Lord by calling His name and devote yourself completely to Him
But keep in remembrance the name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him whole-heartedly
So remember the Name of yoursg Lord and devote yourself to Him with (solemn) devotion.
but mention the name of thy Lord and devote thyself thoroughly to Him
And remember the name of your Lord and, leaving others, devote yourself solely to Him
And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with a whole devotion;
And commemorate the name of thy Lord: And separate thy self unto Him, renouncing worldly vanities
And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with exclusive (and wholehearted) devotion
Remember the Name of your Lord and dedicate yourself devoutly to Him
And commemorate the name of thy Lord, and devote thyself to Him with entire devotion
And propogate the Name of your Nourisher-Sustainer and devote to Him in full devotion
And remember thou the Name of thy Lord. And devote thyself to Him with total devotion.
But remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself wholeheartedly to Him.
Remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him exclusively
So remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with exclusive devotion
And remember the name of thy Lord and devote thyself to Him with (complete) devotion
And remember the name of your Fosterer and devote yourself to Him (with exclusive) devotion.
And keep remembering name [attribute] of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him exclusively
And continue remembering the Name of your Lord, devoted completely to Him alone (in your heart and soul), broken away from everyone else
And remember the name of your Lord, and devote to Him completely
And remember the name of your Lord, and devote to Him completely.

And remember/mention your Lord's name and devote your life to Him devotion of your life (to God)
But [whether by night or by day,] remember thy Sustainer's name, and devote thyself unto Him with utter devotion
And remember the Name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him with complete devotion
So remember the name of thy Lord and devote thyself with a complete devotion
Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Lord of the eastern and western regions, with due sincerity
And remember the name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him with exclusive devotion
Glorify the (Majestic) Name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him with a complete devotion.
So, (at night), remember the name of your Lord and worship Him (exclusively) with sincerity and devotion
Glorify the (Majestic) Name of your Lord. And devote yourself to Him with a complete devotion.
Always keep Allah in mind and invoke His Name and dedicate yourself to Him and appeal to Him for aid and protection
remember the Name of your Lord and wholly devote yourself to Him.
˹Always˺ remember the Name of your Lord, and devote yourself to Him wholeheartedly.
And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him.

You shall commemorate the name of your Lord, to come ever closer and closer to Him.
So remember to call upon the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him wholeheartedly.

And mention your Lord Name and consecrate to Him, a consecration.
Keep eminent the Name of your Lord and detach yourself from needless pursuits for His sake
And remember the name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him with (exclusive) devotion
So remember the name of thy Lord and devote thyself to HIM with full devotion
So remember the Name of thy Lord and devote thyself to Him with complete devotion
And keep remembering the Name of your Lord and devote yourself to Him entirely
Invoke the name of your Lord, and dedicate yourself to Him wholeheartedly.

He is Lord of the east and west, there is no god but Him, so take Him as your Protector

patiently endure what they say, ignore them politely
And be patient (O Muhammad) with what they say and keep away from them, withdraw (leave) in a good way.
And bear thou with patience whatsoever they say, and depart from them with a becoming departure
Bear with patience what they say, and gracefully come away from them
Be patient about what they say and depart from them with a pleasant departure!
Be steadfast in the face of what they say and cut yourself off from them — but courteously.
and be patient over what they say, and keep away from them in a graceful manner
And endure patiently all that they say (against you), and stay aloof from their way (and part from them) in a becoming manner (not as they treat you; rather with forbearance and good advice)
And patiently persevere in the face of all that these (enemies) say and withdraw from them in a graceful manner
And bear thou patiently what they say, and forsake them graciously
And be patient about what they say and keep away from them nicely.
And be patient with your enemies and leave them with dignity
And have patience with what they say, and leave them with dignity
And endure patiently what they say, and withdraw from them politely.
And endure patiently what they say, and flee from them with a decorous flight
And patiently endure upon what the disbelievers say, and leave them for good
And bear with patience all that they say and forsake them with a nicely forsaking.
And patiently suffer the contumelies which the infidels utter against thee; and depart from them with a decent departure
And bear patiently what they say and avoid them with a becoming avoidance (or leave taking)
Bear patiently with what they say and with a fine abandonment forsake them
And endure what they say with patience, and depart from them with a decorous departure
And show patience on what people comment and keep away from them in a decent parting
And have thou patience with regard to what they say and abandon them with a graceful abandoning.
Also, have patience with what (the unbelievers) say, and abandon them in a dignified manner.
Bear patiently with what they say and leave their company in a polite manner
And bear patiently the vain things they utter, and gracefully forsake them
And bear patiently what they say and forsake them with a becoming withdrawal
And be patient on what they say and keep away from them in a good (manner of) keeping away.
Be patient on what they say, and graciously leave them alone
And observe patience with what they (disbelievers) utter and turn aside from them in a fine manner
And be patient over what they say, and depart from them in a good manner
And be patient over what they say, and depart from them in a good manner.
And be patient over what they say, and abandon them in a good manner.
And be patient on what they say, and desert/abandon them beautiful/graceful desertion/abandonment
and endure with patience whatever people may say [against thee], and avoid them with a comely avoidance
And (endure) patiently what they (The disbelievers) say, and forsake them with a becoming forsaking
And bear with patience what they utter, and part from them with a fair leave-taking
Bear patiently whatever they say, do not yield to them and keep on preaching decently to them
And bear patiently what they (the opponents) say, and part with them in a beautiful manner
Resort to patience and constancy, (O' Muhammad), in whatever they say and find a polite way to avoid them.
And patiently endure what they utter, and part company with them in a handsome and polite manner

Be patient and forbear their -the Pagans- insults, and avoid them nicely, for true nobleness teaches forbearance from so foul a wrong

Be patient ˹O Prophet˺ with what they say, and depart from them courteously.

And remain steadfast in the face of their utterances, and disregard them in a nice manner.

وَذَرۡنِی وَٱلۡمُكَذِّبِینَ أُو۟لِی ٱلنَّعۡمَةِ وَمَهِّلۡهُمۡ قَلِیلًا ۝١١
and leave to Me those who deny the truth and live in luxury. Bear with them for a little while
And leave Me alone to deal with the deniers who are in possession of good things of life. Give them respite for a little while.
And let Me alone with the beliers, owners of ease: and respite thou them a little
Leave those to Me who deny, the lovers of ease and comfort; and bear with them for a while
Leave me (to deal alone) with those who deny in their abundance! Give them respite.
Leave the deniers, who live a life of ease, to Me, alone, and tolerate them a little longer.
Leave Me [to deal] with the deniers, the opulent, and give them a little respite
And leave Me alone to deal with those who enjoy God’s worldly blessings and yet obstinately persist in denying (Our Revelations), and grant them respite for a little while
Leave Me to (deal with) those who belie (the truth) and who are possessors of ease and plenty. And give them a little respite
Leave Me to those who cry lies, those prosperous ones, and respite them a little
And leave Me and the deniers who have the good life, and give them a little time.
And let me deal with those who reject my words (Qur’an). They have been showered with my blessings so far; be patience with them for a while
And leave Me with those in possession of the good things in life who deny the truth, and bear with them for a little while
And leave to Me the disbelievers, those of luxury, and give them a brief respite.
And leave me and those who say it is a lie, who are possessed of comfort; and let them bide for a while
And leave them to Me – these wealthy deniers – and give them some respite
And leave Me alone and the beliers who are possessors of the blessing and give them a little respite.
And let Me alone with those who charge the Koran with falsehood, who enjoy the blessings of this life; and bear with them for a while
And leave Me to deal with the rejecters, the possessors of ease and plenty, and bear with them a little
Leave to Me those who belie, those who lead a life of pleasure, and bear with them yet a little while
And let Me alone with the gainsayers, rich in the pleasures of this life; and bear thou with them yet a little while
And leave Me and the deniers who possess luxuries, and grant them respite for a while (i.e., till death approaches them and then they await the Accountability)
Forsake to Me the ones who deny, those imbued with prosperity and respite them for a little.
Leave to Me those who deny while possessing blessings. Tolerate them a while longer.
Let me deal with rejecters who are enjoying the comforts of this life, so put up with them for a while
Leave it to Me to deal with the affluent ones who give the lie (to the Truth), and bear with them for a while
And leave Me and the deniers, possessors of plenty, and respite them a little
And leave Me and the deniers, the possessors of favours (from Me) and give them a little time.
And leave it to Me, and those who deny the Truth, living a life of comfort! And give them a little respite
And leave Me (to deal) with the denying rich money-mongers (to take revenge). And give them a little respite (so that their evil deeds may cross the limit)
And leave Me to deal with the deniers who have been given the good things, and give them time for a while
And leave Me to deal with the deniers who have been given the good things, and give them time for a while.
And leave Me to deal with the deniers who have been given the good things, and give them time for a while.
And leave Me and the liars/deniers/falsifiers (owners) of the blessing/goodness , and delay them (a) little
And leave Me alone [to deal] with those who give the lie to the truth - those who enjoy the blessings of life [without any thought of God] - and bear thou with them for a little while
And leave Me away (to deal) with the beliers, the ones endowed with (earthly) comfort, and give them more leisure for a little (while)
Leave Me to deal with the deniers, lords of ease and comfort (in this life); and do thou respite them awhile
Leave the prosperous disbelievers to Me and give them respite for a little while
And leave Me alone (to deal) with the deniers, the people of luxury, and give them respite for a while
Let Me deal with the possessor of the hoarded (wealth), who refuse to admit the truth of Allah’s Oneness, and give them respite for a little while.
And, leave Me to handle (all) those who deny (the truth), those (who happen to be) living in peace and comfort. Let them, for a while
And let Me deal with those who are spiritually dead and blind who live an extravagant lifestyle and bear with them for a little while.
and leave to Me the wealthy who deny Allah and lack the spiritual apprehension of divine truth and bear with them for a while and put them in respite
Leave Me to deal with the deniers who selfishly enjoy comfort, and bear with them for a little while.
And leave to Me the deniers—the people of luxury—and bear with them for a little while.
And leave the deniers in their comfort to Me and give them some time.
Leave to Me those that deny the Truth, those that enjoy the comforts of this life; bear with them yet a little while
And let Me deal with the rejectors, who have been generously blessed; just give them a little time.
and leave those who deny the truth and live in luxury to Me. Just bear with them a little longer;
and leave those who deny the truth and live in luxury to Me. Just bear with them a little longer;
And forsake Me with the falsifiers, the grace’s possessors, and respite them a little.
And leave the deniers of the Truth unto Me - these 'masters of luxury'. And you give them some time
And leave Me and the rejecters, the possessors of ease and plenty, and respite them a little
And leave ME alone with those who reject the truth, possessors of ease and plenty; and give them a little respite
Leave to Me the deniers living in luxury, and be gentle with them for a while
And leave Me Alone to deal with those in possession of the good things of life, who (still) reject the Truth; And (patiently) give them respite for a little while
Leave to Me the deniers, those who live in luxury, and grant them a brief reprieve.
And leave Me to those who deny the truth, those of luxury, and give them a brief respite
And leave Me with [the matter of] the deniers, those of ease [in life], and allow them respite a little
And leave Me and those who say it is a lie, the possessors of ease and plenty, and give them a little respite.
And leave Me (alone to deal with) those in possession of the good things of life, who (yet) deny the Truth; and bear with them for a little while
And leave Me (alone to deal with) those in possession of the good things of life, who (yet) deny the Truth; and bear with them for a little while
إِنَّ لَدَیۡنَاۤ أَنكَالࣰا وَجَحِیمࣰا ۝١٢
We have fetters, a blazing fire
Surely, We have fetters (in store to bind them) and a raging fire,
Verily with us are heavy fetters and Scorch
Verily We shall have fetters with Us, and a roaring furnace
Indeed, there are chains and Hellfire with us.
With Us there are shackles and a Blazing Fire
Indeed with Us are heavy fetters and a fierce fire
We have (in store for the likes of them) heavy fetters and a Blazing Flame
We have (a variety of) fetters ready (to bind them with) and a raging Fire (to throw them into)
for with Us there are fetters, and a furnace
Indeed, there are shackles and hellfire with Us,
The fait of those who reject is chains around their neck & feet and blazing fire (in which they will be thrown.
With Us are shackles, a fire
Indeed, We have shackles and a purgatory
Verily, with us are heavy fetters and hell-fire
Indeed We have heavy fetters and a blazing fire
Truly with Us are fetters and a burning fire.
Verily with Us are heavy fetters, and a burning fire
Surely with Us are heavy fetters and a raging fire
We have fetters (for them) and a blazing fire
For with Us are strong fetters, and a flaming fire
Surely, with Us are fetters, and a raging Fire
Truly, with Us are shackles and hellfire
With Us are restraints and a fire,…
We have in store for them heavy fetters and a blazing fire
We have heavy fetters and a blazing Fire in store for them
Surely with Us are heavy fetters and a flaming Fire
Certainly, with Us are heavy fetters and hell fire
Certainly indeed, We have for them heavy fetters and a blazing Fire
Surely, We have heavy shackles and the Blazing Fire (of Hell)
We have with Us chains and a raging fire
We have with Us chains and a raging fire.
We have with Us restraints and a raging fire.
That truly shackles and Hell (is) at Us
for, behold, heavy fetters [await them] with Us, and a blazing fire
Surely, close to Us are manacles and a (raging) Hell
Lo! with Us are heavy fetters and a raging fire
We have prepared for them fetters, flaming fire
Surely with Us are fetters and flaming fire
Indeed, We have prepared for them shackles and blazing fire,
For them, We have shackles and the raging fire (and)
Verily We have prepared for them shackles and blazing fire,
We have all sorts of fetters, chains and shackles for the feet to impose restraint, confinement and defeat
Indeed, We have prepared chains, a blazing Fire,
˹For˺ We certainly have shackles, a ˹raging˺ Fire,
We have shackles and hell-fire.
We have in store for them heavy fetters and a blazing fire
We have severe punishments, and Hell.
We have shackles and Hell

Surely ready with Us manacles, and Hell.
Behold, with Us are shackles and a blazing Fire
Surely with Us are heavy fetters and a flaming fire
Surely, with US are heavy fetters and a raging fire
Truly with Us are fetters and Hellfire
With Us are shackles (to bind them), and a Fire (to burn them)
We prepared chains, and a blazing fire.
With Us are shackles, and a Fierce Fire
Indeed, with Us [for them] are shackles and burning fir
Indeed, with Us are fetters and Hellfire,
With Us are Fetters (to bind them), and a Fire (to burn them)
With Us are Fetters (to bind them), and a Fire (to burn them)
وَطَعَامࣰا ذَا غُصَّةࣲ وَعَذَابًا أَلِیمࣰا ۝١٣
food that chokes, and agonizing torment in store for the
and a food that chokes, and a painful punishment.
And a food that choketh and a torment afflictive
And food that will stick in the throat, and painful tormen
And food that gets stuck in their throats and a severe suffering!
and food that chokes and a painful punishment,
and a food that chokes [those who gulp it], and a painful punishment [prepared for]
And food that chokes, and a painful punishment
And food that chokes and a woeful punishment
and food that chokes, and a painful chastisement
and food that chokes and a painful punishment (for them),
They will be given the worst kind of food that they can hardly swallow and a painful punishment is waiting for them
A food that chokes, and a terrible penalty
and food that chokes and a painful punishment
and food that chokes, and mighty woe
And food that chokes, and a painful punishment
And food which chokes [the eater] and a painful punishment.
and food ready to choke him who swalloweth it, and painful torment
And food that chokes and a painful doom
choking food and a painful punishment
And food that choketh, and a sore torment
and a food which gets blocked in the throat, and a very painful torment
and food which sticks in the throat and chokes and a painful punishment.
…and a food that chokes, and a painful torture.

And food which choketh (the partaker), and a painful doo

As well as bitter foods and painful punishment.

And food highly offensive, nauseous and choking, and punishment hurting, afflictive, grievous and causing excruciating pain

یَوۡمَ تَرۡجُفُ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَٱلۡجِبَالُ وَكَانَتِ ٱلۡجِبَالُ كَثِیبࣰا مَّهِیلًا ۝١٤
on the Day when the earth and the mountains will shake. The mountains will become a heap of loose sand
On the Day when the earth and the mountains will be in a violent shake, the mountains will be a heap of sand poured out and flowing.
On a Day whereon the earth and the mountains shall quake, and the mountains shall become a sand-heap poured forth
On the day the earth and mountains will rock violently, and the mountains turn to a heap of poured-out sand
At that time the earth (body) and the mountains (ego-identities) will be shaken... And the mountains will become a heap of dust!
on the Day the earth and mountains shake and the mountains become like shifting dunes.
the day when the earth and the mountains will quake, and the mountains will be like dunes of shifting sand
On that Day the earth and the mountains will be violently shaken, and the mountains will be as a heap of slipping sand
(That punishment will befall them) on the day when the earth and the mountains shall quake and the mountains shall crumble into heaps of sand dunes
upon the day when the earth and the mountains shall quake and the mountains become a slipping heap of sand
on the day the earth and the mountains shake, and the mountains become a pile of flowing sands.
Pretty soon a day will come when the earth and the mountains will shake so violently that the mountains will transfer into scattered san
One day the earth and the mountains will be in violent commotion, and the mountains will be as a heap of sand poured out and flowing down

We have sent a messenger to you [people] to be your witness, just as We sent a messenger to Pharaoh
Surely, We have sent to you (O mankind) a Messenger (Muhammad) to be a witness over you, as We sent a Messenger (Moses) to Pharaoh.
Verily We! We have sent Unto you an apostle, a witness over you, even as We sent Unto Fir'awn an apostle
We have sent an Apostle to you as a witness against you, as We had sent an apostle to the Pharaoh
Indeed, just as We disclosed a Rasul (guider to the reality, purifier) to Pharaoh, We have also sent a Rasul to you as a witness.
We have sent you a Messenger to bear witness against you just as We sent Pharaoh a Messenger.
Indeed We have sent to you an apostle, to be a witness to you, just as We sent an apostle to Pharaoh
Surely We have sent to you (O people) a Messenger, a witness against you (one who will testify in the Hereafter as to your deeds in response to God’s Message), just as We sent a Messenger to the Pharaoh
(Mankind!) We have indeed sent a (great) Messenger to you who is a Witness over you just as We sent (Moses as) a Messenger towards Pharaoh

Indeed, We have sent to you a ‘Messenger’, a witness against you, as We sent a ‘Messenger’ to ‘Pharaoh’.
Of course, We have sent a messenger towards you to bear witness against you, just as We sent a messenger towards the pharaoh
Verily We have sent to you a Messenger, a witness over you, just as We sent a Messenger to Pharaoh.

فَعَصَىٰ فِرۡعَوۡنُ ٱلرَّسُولَ فَأَخَذۡنَـٰهُ أَخۡذࣰا وَبِیلࣰا ۝١٦
but Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger and so We inflicted a heavy punishment on him
But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger (Moses); so We seized him with a severe seize.
Then Fir'awn disobeyed the apostle, wherefore We laid hold of him with a painful hold
But the Pharaoh disobeyed the apostle; so We seized him with a grievous punishment
Pharaoh disobeyed that Rasul and We seized him with a destructive seizure!
But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger, so We seized him with terrible severity.

But the Pharaoh rebelled against the Messenger, and so We seized him with a calamitous grasp
But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger so We seized him with a terrible punishment (so all of you be on your guard against such an attitude!

[What a shame that] Pharaoh disobeyed My messenger; so He was subjected to the most sever punishment
But Pharaoh did not follow the messenger, so We seized him with a terrible punishment

But Pharaoh rebelled against the apostle, and we seized him with an overpowering punishment
In response Firaun disobeyed the Noble Messenger, so We seized him with a severe seizure
But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger so We seized him with a terrible seizing.
But Pharaoh was disobedient unto the apostle; wherefore We chastised him with a heavy chastisement
But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger, so We seized him with a violent grip
Pharaoh disobeyed Our Messenger, so We seized him remorselessly
But Pharaoh rebelled against the Apostle, and we therefore laid hold on him with a severe chastisement
Then Firaun disobeyed the Messenger, so We seized him in a terrible catch
But Pharaoh rebelled against the Messenger so We took him a taking remorselessly.
Pharaoh, however, did not believe the messenger, so We seized him with a heavy punishment.
Pharaoh disobeyed Our Messenger; so We seized him with a firm grip
But Pharaoh disobeyed Our Messenger, so We seized him with a terrible seizing
But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a violent grip
But Firawn disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a severe seizure.
But Pharoah did not obey the Messenger, so We seized him with a violent seizure
So Pharaoh disobeyed that Messenger, and We seized him with a devastating seizure

Yet Firaawn disobeyed the Messenger, so We took him (away) a baneful (The root of the Arabic word implies death by droning) taking
But Pharaoh rebelled against the messenger, whereupon We seized him with no gentle grip
However, the Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger and We seized him with a severe retribution
Then, Fir‘aun disobeyed the messenger; so We seized him with a severe seizure
As ‘Pharaoh’ refused to follow the ‘Messenger’, We seized him with stern punishment.
But the pharaoh defied the messenger, and so We seized him with virulent consequences
But Pharaoh refused to yield (to what We have revealed to) the Messenger, so We seized him with stern grip.
But Pharaoh disobeyed the Messenger and so he came within the measure of Our wrath which spoke thunder and We subverted him, ruined him and brought him to nought

But Firon (Pharaoh) did not obey the messenger; So We seized him with a stiff punishment

But Pharaoh disobeyed the messenger, so We seized him with a ruinous seizure
Then Pharaoh rebelled against the messenger, so We seized him, an overpowering seizing.
But Pharaoh disobeyed the apostle; so We seized him with a heavy Punishment

فَكَیۡفَ تَتَّقُونَ إِن كَفَرۡتُمۡ یَوۡمࣰا یَجۡعَلُ ٱلۡوِلۡدَ ٰنَ شِیبًا ۝١٧
So if you disbelieve, how can you guard yourselves against a Day that will turn children’s hair grey
If you disbelieve, how will you avoid the punishment on that Day (of Resurrection) which will turn the children grey-headed (old),
How then, if ye disbelieve, shall ye escape, on a Day which shall make children grey-headed
How then, if you disbelieve, will you preserve yourselves on the day which will even turn the children hoary
If you are ungrateful (to the disclosed reality), how will you be protected at that time which will make the children grey-haired and old?
How will you safeguard yourselves, if you are kafir, against a Day which will turn children grey,
So, if you disbelieve, how will you avoid the day which will make children white-headed
Then how will you, if you persist in unbelief, guard yourselves against a Day which will turn the children gray-headed
But if you also disobey (the Messenger sent to you), how will you then guard yourselves from the (calamity of the) day which will turn (even) children (prematurely) gray-headed
If therefore you disbelieve, how will you guard yourselves against a day that shall make the children grey-headed
If you disbelieve, then how do you protect (yourselves) on the day that makes the children white-haired (grow old)?
If you persist in your denial, how can you face a day that its bitterness changes the hair color of the children into white
Then how will you, if you deny God, guard yourselves on a day that will make children gray-headed
So how, if youpl deny, will you guard yourselves from a day which turns children gray-haired?
Then how will ye shield yourselves if ye misbelieve from the day which shall make children grey-headed
So how will you save yourselves, if you disbelieve, on a day that will turn children old
And how then if you disbelieve will you safeguard yourself against a day that will make children turn grey?
How, therefore, will ye escape, if ye believe not, the day which shall make children become greyheaded through terror
How, then, will you guard yourselves, if you disbelieve, on the day which shall make children grey-headed (with stress)
If you disbelieve, how will you guard yourself against the Day that will make children gray haired
And how, if ye believe not, will you screen yourselves from the day that shall turn children greyheaded
Then how would you guard against the (punishment of the) Day, if you disbelieved, that will make the children and youth grey-haired
How will you fend off a day if you were ungrateful, that will make the children gray haired?
How then can you, if you disbelieve, protect yourselves against a day that will cause children to become old?
If you persist in unbelief, how will you save yourselves on that Day which shall turn the children grey-headed
If you persist in disbelieving, how will you guard yourself against the (woe of the) Day that will turn children grey-haired
How, then, if you disbelieve, will you guard yourselves on the day which will make children grey-headed
If you reject, then how will you guard (yourselves) on the day which will make children grey headed,
If you deny the Day that will turn the children old, then how can you become righteous
If you continue disbelieving, then how will you save yourselves from (the torment of) that Day which will turn the children old
So how can you be righteous if you have rejected, on a Day when the children become grey haire
So how can you be righteous when you have rejected? A Day which will turn the children white haired!
So how can you be righteous when you have rejected? A Day which will turn the children white haired!
So how (do) you fear and obey (avoid), if you disbelieved (in) a day it makes the children/new borns white or gray haired (old)
How, then, if you refuse to acknowledge the truth, will you protect yourselves on that Day which shall turn the hair of children grey
So, in case you disbelieve, how will you protect yourselves against a Day that will make the- newborn hoary-headed
Then how, if ye disbelieve, will ye protect yourselves upon the day which will turn children grey
If you, disbelieve, how will you be able to protect yourselves from the hardships of the day which would even turn children grey-headed
So, if you disbelieve, how will you save yourself from a day that will turn the small boys into grey-headed old men
Then how, if you refuse to accept Allâh into your life, can you protect yourselves against a day so terrifying that will make the children grey-haired.
If you defy and disobey, how would you go through (the frightful terror of) the Day (of Judgment), which would turn even the children gray (with horror)
Then how- If you persist in denying the Truth- can you protect yourselves against a terrifying day that shall make the children grey-haired?.
So if you people deny Allah, how would you avoid the Day of horror which shall make children's hair turn white
So how will you protect yourself from the suffering of a Day which will turn children’s hair grey, how can you deny it?
If you ˹pagans˺ persist in disbelief, then how will you guard yourselves against ˹the horrors of˺ a Day which will turn children’s hair grey?
So how, if you reject (the truth), can you guard yourselves against a day which will turn children grey-haired?
If you persist in unbelief, how will you escape the day that will make children grey-haired
If you disbelieve, how can you evade a day so terrible that it makes the infants gray-haired?
How, then, if you refuse to acknowledge the truth, will you protect yourself from a Day which will turn the children gray-haired?
How, then, if you refuse to acknowledge the truth, will you protect yourself from a Day which will turn the children gray-haired?
So how will you protect yourself, if you disbelieve, a Day which will make the children gray-haired?
So, how, if you keep rejecting, will you guard yourselves on a Day which will turn children gray. (A Day of horrifying events)
How, then, will you guard yourselves, if you disbelieve, on the day which shall make children grey-headed
How will you then, if you disbelieve, guard yourselves against a day which will turn children grey-headed
So if you disbelieve, how will you guard against a day that would make children gray-haired
Then how shall you, if you deny (Allah) save yourselves against the punishment of Allah on a Day that will change children into gray-headed (old men)—
If you persist in disbelief, how will you guard yourselves on a Day that will turn children’s hair white?
So how will you, if you persist in unbelief, save yourself from a Day which will turn the children gray-haired
Then how can you fear, if you disbelieve, a Day that will make the children white- haired
Then how will you fear, if you disbelieve, a day which will make the children grey-haired?
Then how shall ye, if ye deny (God), guard yourselves against a Day that will make children hoary-headed?
Then how shall ye, if ye deny (Allah), guard yourselves against a Day that will make children hoary-headed?
ٱلسَّمَاۤءُ مُنفَطِرُۢ بِهِۦۚ كَانَ وَعۡدُهُۥ مَفۡعُولًا ۝١٨
a Day when the sky will be torn apart? God’s promise will certainly be fulfilled
the heaven will split asunder? His Promise will certainly be fulfilled
And the heaven shall be split there in. His promise needs must be fulfilled
The heavens itself will be rent asunder (on that day). His promise is bound to be fulfilled
The heaven will split apart there from; His promise is fulfilled!
by which heaven will be split apart? His promise will be fulfilled.
and wherein the sky will be rent apart? His promise is bound to be fulfilled
The sky will cleft open thereby. His promise (of Resurrection and Judgment) is certainly to be fulfilled
And because of which the heaven shall be rent asunder. (This is the promise of God,) remember His promise is bound to be fulfilled
Whereby heaven shall be split, and its promise shall be performed
(The day when) the sky is torn apart in it. God's promise shall be done.
The day on which the sky will open up into pieces; God’s promises will surely be fulfilled
When the universe will be cleft asunder? His promise must be accomplished
The heaven shatters thereby; His promise has always been fulfilled.
whereon the heaven cleaves - its promise shall be fulfilled
The heaven will split asunder with its grief; the promise of Allah will surely occur
The heaven will rent asunder thereat and truly His promise must come to pass.
The heaven shall be rent in sunder thereby: The promise thereof shall surely be performed
The heaven shall rend asunder thereby; His promise is ever brought to fulfilment
on which the heaven will split apart, and His promise is done
The very heaven shall be reft asunder by it: this threat shall be carried into effect
With (the approach of) that (Day) the heaven is one which is about to break-up. His Promise has become fulfilled
The heaven will be that which is split apart from it. His promise had been one that is accomplished.
The sky will rip apart! His promise will be realized!
the heaven shall split asunder, and His promise shall be fulfilled
the Day whose severity shall cause the heaven to split asunder? Allah´s promise is ever bound to be fulfilled
The heaven being rent asunder thereby. His promise is ever fulfilled
(and) on which (day) the sky will be cleft asunder ? His promise is to be fulfilled.
The sky will break apart whereat, as His promise is fulfilled
(The Day) by whose severity the heaven will be split apart? His promise is bound to be fulfilled

On that day, the heavens will be rent asunder. This is the decree of God which has already been ordained

It is a Day of violent physical disturbance that rends the heaven to pieces
The sky will be torn into pieces, and His promise fulfilled.
It will ˹even˺ cause the sky to split apart. His promise ˹of judgment˺ must be fulfilled.
The sky will break up then, His promise will be accomplished.
the day the sky will split asunder? God‘s promise shall surely be fulfilled
The heaven will shatter therefrom. His promise is true.
A Day when the heavens will shatter. God's promise is always fulfilled.
A Day when the heavens will shatter. God’s promise is always fulfilled.
The sky was clefted apart by doing it. His promise mustily be done.
The very sky will then be rent asunder. (The arrogant leaders will be scattered). His Promise always come to pass
The heaven shall rend asunder thereby; His promise is ever brought to fulfillment
The day when the heaven will be rent asunder; and HIS promise is bound to be fulfilled
The sky shall be rent asunder thereon. His Promise shall be fulfilled
When the sky will be torn apart— His Promise certainly will come true

The heaven will break apart therefrom; ever is His promise fulfilled
The sky will be rent by it; His promise is to be done.
Whereon the sky will be cleft asunder? His Promise needs must be accomplished

إِنَّ هَـٰذِهِۦ تَذۡكِرَةࣱۖ فَمَن شَاۤءَ ٱتَّخَذَ إِلَىٰ رَبِّهِۦ سَبِیلًا ۝١٩
This is a reminder. Let whoever wishes take the way to his Lord
Surely, this is an admonition, so let them who will, take a way to their Lord!
Verily this is an admonition; let him therefore, who will, choose a way Unto his Lord
Verily this is a reminder. So let him who desires take the way to his Lord
Indeed, this is a reminder! So whoever wills may take the way (that leads) to his Rabb!
This truly is a reminder, so let anyone who wills take the Way towards his Lord.
This is indeed a reminder. So let anyone who wishes take the way toward his Lord
This is a reminder and admonition, and so let him, who wills, take a path to his Lord

This is a reminder. One has freedom to choose it or to reject it

Verily, this is a memorial, and whoso will, let him take unto his Lord a way
This is indeed an advice; so whoever wishes may take the path towards his Lord
Truly this is a reminder so whoever pleases let him take a path to his Lord.
Verily this is an admonition; and whoever is willing to be admonished, will take the way unto his Lord
Surely this is a reminder, let then him, who will, take the way to his Lord
This is indeed a Reminder. Let whosoever will take the Path to his Lord
Lo! this is a warning. Let him then who will, take the way to his Lord
Certainly, this is Tazkirah (‘Admonition’.), therefore whosoever wished, he adopted the Path leading to his Nourisher-Sustainer
Truly, this is an admonition; so let whoever willed take himself a way to his Lord.
Truly, this is a reminder; therefore, whosoever will come may come on the path to his/her Lord.
Surely this is but a reminder, so let him who wills, take the Right way to His Lord
Indeed this is nothing but a Good Counsel; so let him who will take a way leading to his Lord
Surely this is a Reminder; so let him who will, take a way to his Lord
This is certainly a reminder, so whoever wills, let him take a way towards his Fosterer.
This, indeed, is the divine Counsel. So let him who will, take the path to his Lord
Verily, this (Qur’an) is an admonition. So let him who desires adopt the way to reach his Lord
This is a reminder, so let he who wishes take a path to his Lord
This is a reminder, so let he who wishes take a path to his Lord.

That truly this (is) a reminder, so who wanted took/received a way/path to his Lord
This, verily, is a reminder: let him who wills, then set out on a way to his Sustainer

Lo! This is a Reminder. Let him who will, then, choose a way unto his Lord

Indeed, this is a reminder; so let anyone who so wishes, adopt a way to his Lord
Indeed, this is an admonition, therefore whoever wills, then let him take a way to his Lord.
This (Qur´an) is indeed a reminder. (Now), whoever wants, may take the road that leads towards his Lord

These revelations present an admonition for him who wishes to follow the path prescribed by Allah, his Creator, and to assent to His system of faith and worship

Behold, this Qur'an is a Reminder, a Giver of eminence. Now, whoever wills' let him set out on a Way to his Lord

۞ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ یَعۡلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُومُ أَدۡنَىٰ مِن ثُلُثَیِ ٱلَّیۡلِ وَنِصۡفَهُۥ وَثُلُثَهُۥ وَطَاۤىِٕفَةࣱ مِّنَ ٱلَّذِینَ مَعَكَۚ وَٱللَّهُ یُقَدِّرُ ٱلَّیۡلَ وَٱلنَّهَارَۚ عَلِمَ أَن لَّن تُحۡصُوهُ فَتَابَ عَلَیۡكُمۡۖ فَٱقۡرَءُوا۟ مَا تَیَسَّرَ مِنَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانِۚ عَلِمَ أَن سَیَكُونُ مِنكُم مَّرۡضَىٰ وَءَاخَرُونَ یَضۡرِبُونَ فِی ٱلۡأَرۡضِ یَبۡتَغُونَ مِن فَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَءَاخَرُونَ یُقَـٰتِلُونَ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِۖ فَٱقۡرَءُوا۟ مَا تَیَسَّرَ مِنۡهُۚ وَأَقِیمُوا۟ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَءَاتُوا۟ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَأَقۡرِضُوا۟ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنࣰاۚ وَمَا تُقَدِّمُوا۟ لِأَنفُسِكُم مِّنۡ خَیۡرࣲ تَجِدُوهُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ هُوَ خَیۡرࣰا وَأَعۡظَمَ أَجۡرࣰاۚ وَٱسۡتَغۡفِرُوا۟ ٱللَّهَۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورࣱ رَّحِیمُۢ ۝٢٠
[Prophet], your Lord is well aware that you sometimes spend nearly two-thirds of the night at prayer––sometimes half, sometimes a third––as do some of your followers. God determines the division of night and day. He knows that you will not be able to keep a measure of it and He has relented towards all of you, so recite as much of the Quran as is easy for you. He knows that some of you will be sick, some of you travelling through the land seeking God’s bounty, some of you fighting in God’s way: recite as much as is easy for you, keep up the prayer, pay the prescribed alms, and make God a good loan. Whatever good you store up for yourselves will be improved and increased for you. Ask God for His forgiveness, He is most forgiving, most merciful
Surely, your Lord knows that you stand (to pray at night) a little less than 2/3rd of the night, or ½ of the night, or 1/3rd of the night, also a party of those with you. And Allah measures the night and the day. He knows that you can never calculate it (unable to pray the whole night), so He has turned to you (in Mercy). So, recite from the Qur’an as much as may be easy for you. He knows that there may be some sick among you, and some others who travel through the land to seek Allah’s Bounty; and yet, some others who fight in Allah’s cause. So recite as much of it (Qur’an) as may be easy for you, establish prayer, pay obligatory charity, and lend to Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you will send before you (leave the world) for yourselves, you will certainly find it with Allah, which is better and greater in reward. And seek the forgiveness of Allah. Surely, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
Verily thy Lord knoweth that thou stayest up near two- thirds of the night, Or half thereof, or a third thereof, and also a party of those who are with thee. And Allah measureth the night and the day. He knoweth that ye can compute it not, He hath relented toward you. Wherefore recite now of the Qur'an, so much as is easy. He knoweth that there will be among you some diseased, and others shall be travelling in the land seeking grace of Allah, and others shall be fighting in the way of Allah. Wherefore recite thereof so much as is easy; and establish the prayer and give the poor-rate and lend Unto Allah a goodly loan. Whatsoever good ye shall send on for your souls, ye shall find it with Allah, better and greater in reward. And ask forgiveness of Allah; verily Allah is Forgiving, Merciful
Your Lord surely knows that you are occupied with your devotions for nearly two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or one-third of it, as do many others with you. Yet God prescribes the measure of night and day. He knows you cannot calculate it, and so turns to you in benevolence. So recite as much of the Qur'an as you can easily. He knows some among you will be sick, and some will be travelling over the earth in search of the bounty of God, and some fighting in the way of God. So read as much from it as you can easily, and be firm in devotion, pay the zakat, and lend a goodly loan to God. And what you send for yourself of the good, you will find it with God better and greater in reward. So ask for God's forgiveness. Indeed God is forgiving and kind
Your Rabb knows that you arise in two-thirds of the night or half of it or a third of it, and so do a group of those with you. And it is Allah who determines the night and the day! (Allah) knows you will never be able to evaluate it and accepted your repentance... So, recite (comprehend) what is easy for you of the Quran! (Allah) knows that there will be among you those who are ill, and those who travel throughout the land seeking the bounty of Allah, and those who fight in the way of Allah. So, recite what is easy from it and establish salat (maintain your turning with observation), give alms and give a good loan to Allah... Whatever good you give for yourself you will find it much greater and better in the sight of Allah. Ask forgiveness of Allah! Indeed, Allah is the Ghafur, the Rahim.

He knows that some of you are ill and that others are travelling in the land seeking Allah´s bounty, and that others are fighting in the Way of Allah. So recite as much of it as is easy for you. And establish salat and pay zakat and lend a generous loan to Allah. Whatever good you send ahead for yourselves you will find it with Allah as something better and as a greater reward. And seek forgiveness from Allah. Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Indeed your Lord knows that you stand vigil nearly two thirds of the night —or [at times] a half or a third of it— along with a group of those who are with you. Allah measures the night and the day. He knows that you cannot calculate it [exactly], and so He was lenient toward you. So recite as much of the Qur’an as is feasible. He knows that some of you will be sick, while others will travel in the land seeking Allah’s grace, and yet others will fight in the way of Allah. So recite as much of it as is feasible, and maintain the prayer and pay the zakat and lend Allah a good loan. Whatever good you send ahead for your souls you will find it with Allah [in a form] that is better and greater with respect to reward. And plead to Allah for forgiveness; indeed Allah is all-forgiving, all-merciful
Surely your Lord knows that you (O Messenger) rise and keep vigil sometimes nearly two-thirds of the night or (other times) a half of it or a third of it, and so do some of those who are in your company as believers. God determines the measure of the night and day (which He has created). He knows that you (O believers) are unable to sustain (such long vigils every night) and He has turned to you in mercy: so recite (when you do the Prayer) from the Qur’an what is easy for you (to sustain as regular practice). He knows that there will be among you who are sick, and others going about the land seeking of God’s bounty, and still others fighting in God’s cause. Recite from it, then, as much as is easy (for you). But establish the Prayer in conformity with its conditions as prescribed, pay the Prescribed Purifying Alms (the Zakah), and lend God a good loan (by spending in His cause and for the needy). Whatever of good you forward (to your future, eternal life) for your own selves, you will find it with God, better and greater in reward (than all that you have left behind in the world and much increased in value). And seek God’s forgiveness (in all circumstances and eventualities). God is All-Forgiving, All-Compassionate (especially toward His believing, penitent servants)
Surely, your Lord knows that you remain standing (to say Night Prayers) for nearly two thirds of the night and (sometimes) half or one third of it; and so does a party of those (of your believing Companions) who are with you. And Allah determines the night and the day (- sometime the nights are long and sometime they are short and sometime the day and the night are equal). He knows that you (- the Muslims in general) will not be able to keep up so long a vigil (to say Night Prayer). He has, therefore, turned to you with mercy. Recite then, as much of the Qur'an (in your Night Prayer) as is easily possible. He knows that some of you may be taken ill and others may be moving about in the land seeking Allah's bounty, and still others who may be fighting for the cause of Allah, so (O Muslims!) recite as much of it (- the Qur'an) as is easily possible (for you). You shall, however, observe Prayer (regularly five times a day in all events). And go on presenting Zakat and set apart a goodly portion (of your possessions to give for (the sake of) Allah. And whatever good you send on before for yourselves, you will find it with Allah as the best of things meriting the greatest reward. And seek protection of Allah. Verily, Allah is All-Protecting, Ever Merciful
Thy Lord knows that thou keepest vigil nearly two-thirds of the night, or a half of it, or a third of it, and a party of those with thee; and God determines the night and the day. He knows that you will not number it, and He has turned towards you. Therefore recite of the Koran so much as is feasible. He knows that some of you are sick, and others journeying in the land, seeking the bounty of God, and others fighting in the way of God. So recite of it so much as is feasible. And perform the prayer, and pay the alms, and lend to God a good loan. Whatever good you shall forward to your souls' account, you shall find it with God as better, and mightier a wage. And ask God's forgiveness; God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate
Indeed, your Lord knows that you and a group of those with you get up nearly two thirds of the night or half of it or one third of it. God determines (length of) the night and the day, and He knows that you never calculate it, so He turned to you (in mercy), so read as much as you can from the Quran. He knows that some of you are going to get sick and others move around on the earth looking for His bounty and others fight in God's way, so read as much as you can from it, and perform mandatory prayer and give to mandatory charity and lend God a good loan (do a good deed). And anything good you send ahead for yourselves, you will find it as a better and greater reward with God. And ask forgiveness of God, as God is indeed forgiving and merciful.
God knows how much you and your followers pray at night: two third of it, half of it or one third of it. God is aware of man’s weakness; consequently, He has pardoned you [not to fulfill his ordered as mentioned at the beginning of this chapter]. Therefore, recite as much (of the Qur’an) as you can. God is aware that some of you may be sick, some of you may be traveling and some of you striving for the cause of your Lord. Therefore, recite as much as you can; but keep up with your daily prayer and give the least charity tax which is imposed upon you by God. In addition, contribute as much as you can to charity and consider it as a loan to God. Whatever you spend on charity is like being sent a provision for Hereafter kept (and multiplied) for you by God. And beg God for forgiveness as He is the most Forgiving, the most Merciful
Your Lord knows that you rise nearly two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so does a group of those with you. But God appoints night and day in due measure, He knows that you are unable to keep count of it. So He has turned to you. Therefore read of the Quran as much as is easy for you. He knows that there may be some among you in ill-health, others traveling through the land, seeking God's bounty, and others fighting in God's cause. Therefore read as much of the Quran as is easy, and establish prayer and give zakat, and loan to God a handsome loan, and whatever good you send forth for your souls, you will find it in God's presence. Yes, better and greater in reward. And seek the grace of God, for God is Oft-Forgiving, Redeeming
Indeed, yoursg Lord knows that you stand up nearly two-thirds of the night, and (sometimes you stand up) half of it, and (sometimes you stand up) one-third of it, along with a faction of those with you. And Allah determines the night and the day. He has known that youpl will be unable to sustain it, so He has pardoned you. So recite of the Recital whatever is easy (for you). He knew that some of you will be ill, and others traveling through the land seeking a share of Allah’s grace, and others combating in the way of Allah, so read of it what is possible for you, and establish the prayer, and bring the purifying charity, and lend Allah a good loan. And whatever good you advance for yourselves, you will find it with Allah; it will be better and greater in reward. And seek Allah’s forgiveness; indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Bestowing of mercy.
Verily, thy Lord knows that thou dost stand up to pray nearly two-thirds of the night, or the half of it or the third of it, as do part of those who are with thee; for God measures the night and the day; He knows that ye cannot calculate it, and He turns relentant towards you. So read what is easy of the Qur'an. He knows that there will be of you some who are sick and others who beat about in the earth craving the grace of God, and others who are fighting in the cause of God. Then read what is easy of it and be steadfast in prayer, and give alms, and lend to God a goodly loan, for what ye send forward for yourselves of good ye will find it with God. It is better and a greater hire; and ask ye pardon of God: verily, God is forgiving, merciful
Indeed your Lord knows that you stand up in prayer, sometimes almost two-thirds of the night, and sometimes half the night or sometimes a third of it – and also a group of those along with you; Allah keeps measure of the night and day; He knows that you, O Muslims, will not be able to measure the night, so He has inclined towards you with mercy – therefore recite from the Qur’an as much as is easy for you; He knows that soon some of you will fall ill, and some will travel in the land seeking the munificence of Allah, and some will be fighting in Allah’s cause; therefore recite from the Qur’an as much as is easy for you, and establish prayer and pay the obligatory charity, and lend an excellent loan to Allah; and whatever good you send ahead for yourselves, you will find it with Allah, better and having a great reward; and seek forgiveness from Allah; indeed Allah is Oft Forgiving, Most Merciful

He knows that there will be among you sick ones and others travelling in the earth seeking from the bounty of Allah and others fighting in the way of Allah so recite whatever is easy thereof. So establish the prayer and offer the sanctifying dues and loan to Allah an excellent loan. And whatever good you send forth for your own souls, you will find it in Allah’s presence. That is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness from Allah. Truly Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
Thy Lord knoweth that thou continuest in prayer and meditation sometimes near two third parts of the night, and sometimes one half thereof, and at other times one third part thereof: And a part of thy companions, who are with thee, do the same. But God measureth the night and the day; he knoweth that ye cannot exactly compute the same: Wherefore He turneth favourably unto you. Read, therefore, so much of the Koran as may be easy unto you. He knoweth that there will be some infirm among you; and others travel through the earth, that they may obtain a competency of the bounty of God; and others fight in the defence of God's faith. Read, therefore, so much of the same as may be easy. And observe the stated times of prayer, and pay the legal alms; and lend unto God an acceptable loan; for whatever good ye send before for your souls, ye shall find the same with God. This will be better, and will merit a greater reward. And ask God forgiveness; for God is ready to forgive, and merciful

Allah is the Forgiving, the Merciful
Of a truth, thy Lord knoweth that thou prayest almost two-thirds, or half, or a third of the night, as do a part of thy followers. But God measureth the night and the day: He knoweth that ye cannot count its hours aright, and therefore, turneth to you mercifully. Recite then so much of the Koran as may be easy to you. He knoweth that there will be some among you sick, while others travel through the earth in quest of the bounties of God; and others do battle in his cause. Recite therefore so much of it as may be easy. And observe the Prayers and pay the legal Alms, and lend God a liberal loan: for whatever good works ye send on before for your own behoof, ye shall find with God. This will be best and richest in the recompense. And seek the forgiveness of God: verily, God is forgiving, Merciful
Surely, your Nourisher-Sustainer comes to know that you continue to stand (in late-night Prayer) a little less than 2/3rd of the night, and (sometimes) half of it (i.e., the later half of the night), and (sometimes) one third (1/3rd) of it (i.e., the terminal 1/3rd of the night if we count the period from sunset to the break of dawn) — and a group out of those (Believers) who are with you (also join you in Tahajjud Prayers). And Allah assesses the (utility of the) night and the day. He knew (beforehand) that you will never bear it (without getting over-tired), so He has turned to you in affection. So recite as became easy, out of Al-Qur‘an. He knew that soon there would be among you sick people, and others will travel through the earth, they will seek out of the Bounty of Allah; and (still) others will take part in Qital for the Cause of Allah. So recite as became easy out of it and establish As-Salat and pay-up Zakat, and lend to Allah Qarzan Hasanan. And whatever you send in advance for yourselves in the form of Khair (commendable deeds), you will find it with Allah; it (will be) something extremely good and greater as a reward. And seek Forgiveness from Allah. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, continuously Merciful
Truly, thy Lord knows that thou be standing up for nearly two thirds of the nighttime, or a half of it or a third of it along with a section of those who are with thee. And God ordains the nighttime and the daytime. He knew that you would not be able to keep count of it, so He turned towards you in forgiveness, then recite of the Quran as much as was easy. He knew that some of you are sick and others travel on the earth looking for the grace of God and others fight in the way of God. So recite of it as much as was easy. And perform the formal prayer and give the purifying alms and lend to God a fairer loan. For whatever of good you put forward for your souls, you will find the same with God. It is good and a sublime compensation. And ask God for forgiveness. Truly, God is Forgiving, Compassionate.
Your Lord certainly knows that you stand praying nearly two-thirds of the night or half the night or a third of the night, and so does a party of those with you. But Allah appoints night and day in due measure. He knows that you are unable to keep count thereof. So He has responded to you. Read, therefore, as much of the Qur’an as may be easy for you. He knows that there may be among you some sick ones. [He knows there be] others traveling through the land, seeking Allah’s bounty, and others fighting in Allah’s cause. Read, therefore, as much of the Qur’an as may be easy for you. Establish routine prayer, and give consistently to charity. Loan to Allah a beautiful loan, and whatever good you invest for your souls, you shall find it in Allah’s presence. [It will be] even better and greater in reward. And seek the grace of Allah, for Allah is the Most Forgiving, the Most Merciful.
Surely your Lord knows that you stand in prayers nearly two- thirds of the night, and sometimes one-half or one-third of it, so do others among your companions. Allah has the measures of the night and the day. He knows that you will not be able to keep it up, so He has turned to you in Mercy, therefore, read from the Qur’an as much as you easily can. He knows that there may be some sick people among you, and some others who travel through the land to seek Allah’s bounty; and yet some others fighting for the cause of Allah. Therefore, read as much of the Qur’an as you easily can. Establish the Salah (five time daily prayers) and pay the Zakah (poor due), and give to Allah a goodly loan. Whatever good you will send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah, which will be much better and greater in reward. Seek Allah’s forgiveness, surely Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful
(O Prophet), your Lord knows that you sometimes stand up in Prayer nearly two-thirds of the night, and sometimes half or one-third of it, and so does a party of those with you; Allah measures the night and the day. He knows that you cannot keep an accurate count of it, so He has shown mercy to you. So now recite as much of the Qur´an as you can. He knows that there are among you those who are sick and others who are journeying in the land in quest of Allah´s bounty, and still others who are fighting in the cause of Allah. So recite as much of the Qur´an as you easily can, and establish Prayer, and pay Zakah, and give Allah a goodly loan. Whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you shall find it with Allah. That is better and its reward is greater. And ask for Allah´s forgiveness; surely He is Most Forgiving, Most Compassionate

Your Fosterer certainly knows that you stand (for worship, salat) nearly two thirds of the night and (sometimes) half of it or one third of it along with a party of those with you, and Allah measures out the night and the day, He knows that you are not able to keep count of the (length of night), so He has turned to you (mercifully). Therefore recite as much of the Quran as may be easy for you. He knows that there will be (some who are) sick among you and others traveling in the earth seeking from Allah’s grace and (still) others fighting in the way of Allah. So recite as much of the (Quran) as may be easy (for you) and establish worship (salat) and give charity (zakat) and loan to Allah a good loan. And whatever of good you send in advance for yourselves, you will find it with Allah, (and) it will be better and greater in reward (compared to your good deeds). And seek protective forgiveness from Allah, Allah is certainly Protectively Forgiving, Merciful.
Your Lord does indeed know that you are up for nearly two-thirds of the night, sometimes one-half of it and sometimes one-third of it, as do a group among your followers. And Allah determines the duration of the night and of the day. He knows that you will not be able to keep count of it [your night vigil], so He has turned to you in mercy. Read [study], then, as much of the Qur'aan as is easy for you. He knows that some among you would be sick and some others would be travelling in search of Allah's bounty [livelihood], and yet others would be fighting for the cause of Allah. So, read, then as much of it [Qur'aan] as is easy for you. And establish the prayer, pay the Zakaat, and give Allah a good loan. And the good deed you send in advance for your souls, you will find it with Allah. That is better and greater in reward. And seek Allah's forgiveness! Allah is indeed Forgiving, Merciful

And Allah is the One Who keeps the true measure (of increasing or decreasing) the night and the day. He knows that you just do not have the power to encompass it so He granted you forgiveness (by reducing the toil). So recite the Qur’an as much as is easy for you. He knows that (some of) you will be ill and (some) others will be travelling in the land to look for Allah’s bounty and (still some) others will be fighting in the way of Allah. So recite as much as is easy for you. And establish Prayer and pay Zakat (the Alms-due) and lend Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you will send forward for yourselves, you will find it in the presence of Allah much better and in reward still greater. And keep seeking forgiveness from Allah. Allah is Most Forgiving, Ever-Merciful

That truly your Lord knows that you, you stand/call (for) prayer nearer (than) from two-thirds (of) the night and its half/middle, and its third, and a group of people from those with you, and God predestines/evaluates the night and the daytime, He knew that you (will) not count/compute it so He forgave on you, so read what eased/became flexible (what you can) from the Koran, He knew that (E) sick/diseased will be from you, and others moving (traveling) in the land/Earth wishing/desiring from God's grace/favour/blessing, and others fighting in God's way/path , so read what eased/became flexible from it (what you can), and keep up the prayers, and give/bring the charity/purification, and lend/advance God a good/ beautifulloan/advance, and what you advance/produce for yourselves from goodness/ generosity you find it at God, it is better and greater (in) a reward , and ask God for forgiveness, that truly God (is) forgiving, merciful

And whatever charity you will forward to your selves, you will find (it) in the Providence of Allah; it will be more charitable (i.e., better) and more magnificent in reward. And ask the forgiveness of Allah; surely Allah is Ever-Forgiving, Ever-Merciful

God determines the duration of the night and day. He knew that it would be hard for you to keep an exact account of the timing of the night prayers, so He turned to you with forgiveness. Thus, recite from the Quran as much as possible. He knew that some of you would be sick, others would travel in the land to seek God's favors, and still others would fight for the cause of God. Thus, recite from the Quran as much as possible, be steadfast in prayer, pay the zakat , and give virtuous loans to God. Whatever good deeds you save for the next life, you will certainly find them with God. This is the best investment, and for this you will find the greatest reward. Ask forgiveness from God. God is All-forgiving and All-merciful

He knows that some of you may be sick, and others traveling in the land, seeking the grace of Allah, and yet others fighting in Allah‘s way. Therefore, recite as much of it as is easy. And establish Salah, and pay Zakah, and advance to Allah a goodly loan. And whatever good you will send ahead for your own-selves, you will find it with Allah much better in condition, and much greater in reward. And seek forgiveness from Allah. Indeed Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very-Merciful

Allah measures the night and the day. He knows perfectly well that you, (‘Monotheistic Believers’), will not be able to pray all night, and so He has turned unto you in forgiveness. Recite, then, of the ‘Qurʾān’ as much as may be easy for you. He knows perfectly well that there will be among you sick, others travelling throughout the land, seeking the Bounty of Allâh; yet others fighting for (serving) the cause of Allâh. Recite, then, of the ‘Qurʾān’ as much as may be easy for you, establish the regular Prayer, pay Zakāt (i.e. the Prescribed Purifying Alms), and give virtuous loans to Allâh. Whatever good thing you put forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allâh, better and greater in the reward. Thus, seek forgiveness of Allâh. Indeed, Allâh is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

Still others would be (engaged in) fighting for the cause of Allah. So recite as much of the Qur´an as you can, establish the ´salat´, pay the ´zakat´ and advance the virtuous loan to Allah. Whatever good deeds you send ahead for yourself are there with Allah. You will receive the rewards for your deeds (on the Day of Judgment), far better and bigger (than your deeds deserve). Seek the forgiveness of Allah, for Allah is oft-Forgiving, the most Merciful

Allah, your Creator knows that you (Muhammad) and some of those who follow you, engage in the act of worship and meditation, at times, close to two thirds of the night or half the night and other times one third of it to ponder the Revelation. Allah determines the duration of the night and the day; He knew you would not be able to determine the course He prescribed and ordained, and so He gave so merciful a turn to you. Therefore, read of the Quran as much as will put you at ease. He knows that among you there will be those who are suffering from illness, others journeying the land to seek Allah's bounty and others fighting in His cause. Therefore, read of it - the Quran - as much as will put you at ease, and perform your prayers and give alms, for alms are but the vehicles of prayer. Also lend Allah all you can of your benevolence, and whatever you advance of piety toward future security, you shall find it in heaven's realm of such a value that it reimburses you what is indeed profitable and really rewarding and invoke Allah's forgiveness; Allah is indeed Ghaforun (Forgiving) and Rahimun (Merciful)
Your Lord knows, you stay awake worshipping Him with a group of disciples, sometimes for nearly two-thirds of the night and other times half of it or a third of it. It is Allah Who determines the length of the night and the day. He knows you won’t be able to keep this practice up for too long, so He is kind to you: from now on, recite the Quran as much as you are able to with ease. He knows there are some who are ill, others travelling on business trips, and others fighting in Allah’s path. So recite from the Quran what is easy for you. Furthermore, establish the prayer regularly, pay the Zakat and give Allah a beautiful loan. Remember, whatever good you stock up is for yourselves; in the Hereafter you will find it with Allah. You will be greatly rewarded. Seek Allah’s forgiveness; Allah is Forgiving, Caring
Surely your Lord knows that you ˹O Prophet˺ stand ˹in prayer˺ for nearly two-thirds of the night, or ˹sometimes˺ half of it, or a third, as do some of those with you. Allah ˹alone˺ keeps a ˹precise˺ measure of the day and night. He knows that you ˹believers˺ are unable to endure this, and has turned to you in mercy. So recite ˹in prayer˺ whatever you can from the Quran. He knows that some of you will be sick, some will be travelling throughout the land seeking Allah’s bounty, and some fighting in the cause of Allah. So recite whatever you can from it. And ˹continue to˺ perform ˹regular˺ prayers, pay alms-tax, and lend to Allah a good loan. Whatever good you send forth for yourselves, you will find it with Allah far better and more rewarding. And seek Allah’s forgiveness. Surely Allah is All-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

And ask Allah for forgiveness, for Allah is forgiving and merciful.
Your Lord knows that you² sometimes keep vigil well-nigh two-thirds of the night, and sometimes half or one-third of it, as do others among your followers. God measures the night and the day. He knows you³ cannot count it‘s length, and turned to you mercifully. Recite from the Koran as many verses as you are able; He knows that among you there are sick men and others roaming the land in search of God‘s bounty; and yet others fighting for the cause of God. Recite from it, then, as many verses as you are able. Attend to your prayers, render the alms levy, and give God a generous loan. Whatever good you do for your own souls you shall surely find it with God, ennobled and more richly rewarded. And implore God to forgive you; surely God is forgiving and compassionate
Your Lord knows that you meditate during two-thirds of the night, or half of it, or one-third of it, and so do some of those who believed with you. GOD has designed the night and the day, and He knows that you cannot always do this. He has pardoned you. Instead, you shall read what you can of the Quran. He knows that some of you may be ill, others may be traveling in pursuit of GOD's provisions, and others may be striving in the cause of GOD. You shall read what you can of it, and observe the contact prayers (Salat), give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and lend GOD a loan of righteousness. Whatever good you send ahead on behalf of your souls, you will find it at GOD far better and generously rewarded. And implore GOD for forgiveness. GOD is Forgiver, Most Merciful.

Whatever good you advance for yourselves, you will find it with God, improved and increased for you. Ask God's forgiveness, for God is Forgiving and Merciful.

He knows that you will not enumerate it, so He has repented on you. So read what is easy for you from the Qur’an. He knows that they will be from you diseased; and others traveling through the Earth, seeking from Allah’s bounty; and others fighting in Allah’s pathway. So read what is easy among it, and establish the prayers, and give the Zakat, and lend Allah a fineness loan. And whatever goodness you forward for yourselves, you will find it with Allah, more goodness and greater wage. And seek Allah’s forgiveness, surely Allah is Forgiver, Merciful.
Behold, (O Messenger!) Your Lord is fully Aware (that you are dedicated to your Mission). There are nights when you stay up working two thirds, one half, or one third of the night as do your companions. But Allah has designed night and day. You and your companions cannot over-work indefinitely. So He turns to you in kindness. (He does not ordain for you hardship). Inculcate, then, as much of the Qur'anic teachings in their hearts as you may do with ease. He knows that among you are sick people, and others have to earn their living and travel for it. And those who have to fight in the Cause of Allah. Recite and convey the Qur'an, then, at ease. And establish the Divine System and set up the Just Economic Order. And lend unto Allah a goodly loan. Whatever good you send forth for your 'Selves' you will find with Allah, better and more excellent in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah. Behold, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful

And Allah measures the night and day in proper parts. He knows that you are not able to keep praying the whole night. So He has turned to you (in His Mercy), therefore you read the Quran as much as it may be easy for you. He knows that there may be (some) among you that are sick; Others traveling through the land, seeking of Allah’s Bounty; Yet others fighting in Allah’s Cause. You recite, therefore, as much of the Quran as may be easy (for you); And establish regular prayer and give regular charity; And loan to Allah a beautiful loan. And whatever good you send forward for your souls, you shall find it in Allah’s Presence: Yes, better and greater, in reward. And you seek the Forgiveness of Allah: Verily, Allah is Often Forgiving (Ghafoor), Most Merciful (Raheem)

And seek forgiveness from God; God is Forgiving and Merciful.

So read of it what is possible for you, and observe the prayers, and give regular charity, and lend God a generous loan. Whatever good you advance for yourselves, you will find it with God, better and generously rewarded. And seek God's forgiveness, for God is Forgiving and Merciful

It is better and greater in reward. And seek forgiveness of Allah . Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful

It is better and greater a reward. And seek God's forgiveness; indeed, God is forgiving, compassionate.
Thy Lord doth know that thou standest forth (to prayer) nigh two-thirds of the night, or half the night, or a third of the night, and so doth a party of those with thee. But God doth appoint night and day in due measure He knoweth that ye are unable to keep count thereof. So He hath turned to you (in mercy): read ye, therefore, of the Qur'an as much as may be easy for you. He knoweth that there may be (some) among you in ill-health; others travelling through the land, seeking of God's bounty ; yet others fighting in God's Cause, read ye, therefore, as much of the Qur'an as may be easy (for you); and establish regular Prayer and give regular Charity; and loan to God a Beautiful Loan. And whatever good ye send forth for your souls ye shall f ind it in God's Presence,- yea, better and greater, in Reward and seek ye the Grace of God: for God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful
