أَوۡ زِدۡ عَلَیۡهِ وَرَتِّلِ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ تَرۡتِیلًا ٤
aw zid ʿalayhi warattili l-qur'āna tartīla
or a little more; recite the Quran slowly and distinctly
or add to it (little more), and recite the Qur’an in a slow, (pleasant tone) style.
Or increase thereto. And intone the Qur'an with a measured intontion.
Or a little more, and recite the Qur'an slowly and distinctly
