Safi Kaskas
We have sent messengers before you. Some We have told you about, and others We did not. No messenger can produce a miracle except with God's permission. Then, when God's command comes, just judgment will be passed, and those who followed falsehood will be lost then and there.

Safi Kaskas
It is God who made the domestic animals, some for you to ride, and some to eat.

Safi Kaskas
You have other benefits from them as well. You can reach any destination you wish on them, and on them and on ships, you are transported.

Safi Kaskas
And [thus] He shows you His signs. So, which of God's signs do you deny?

40:82 ›
Safi Kaskas
Have they not traveled through the land and seen the fate of those who lived before them? They were more numerous than they are, and had greater power, and left more impressive marks on the land. Yet what they achieved was of no use to them.
afalam yasīrū fī l-arḍi fayanẓurū kayfa kāna ʿāqibatu alladhīna min qablihim kānū akthara min'hum wa-ashadda quwwatan waāthāran fī l-arḍi famā aghnā ʿanhum mā kānū yaksibūn

Safi Kaskas
When their messengers came to them with self-evident signs, they showed satisfaction with the knowledge they had, and so they were engulfed by the very punishment they had mocked.

Safi Kaskas
Then, when they saw Our might, they said," We believe in God alone, and we reject what we used to associate with Him."

40:85 ›
Safi Kaskas
But believing after seeing Our might did not help them at all. This has been God's way of dealing with His worshipers, and those who denied the truth were lost, then and there.
