47:4
فَإِذَا لَقِیتُمُ ٱلَّذِینَ كَفَرُوا۟ فَضَرۡبَ ٱلرِّقَابِ حَتَّىٰۤ إِذَاۤ أَثۡخَنتُمُوهُمۡ فَشُدُّوا۟ ٱلۡوَثَاقَ فَإِمَّا مَنَّۢا بَعۡدُ وَإِمَّا فِدَاۤءً حَتَّىٰ تَضَعَ ٱلۡحَرۡبُ أَوۡزَارَهَاۚ ذَ ٰلِكَۖ وَلَوۡ یَشَاۤءُ ٱللَّهُ لَٱنتَصَرَ مِنۡهُمۡ وَلَـٰكِن لِّیَبۡلُوَا۟ بَعۡضَكُم بِبَعۡضࣲۗ وَٱلَّذِینَ قُتِلُوا۟ فِی سَبِیلِ ٱللَّهِ فَلَن یُضِلَّ أَعۡمَـٰلَهُمۡ ۝٤

Therefore, when you encounter (in battle) those who persistently refuse to yield to the Truth, smite the necks until when you have inflicted slaughter upon them, then tie fast their bonds, then set them free, either as a favor or by taking ransom, till the war lays down its loads. That (is the ordinance). If Allâh willed, He would certainly chastise them (without you). But (He ordered you to fight them) so that He may try some of you by means of others. Allâh will not let the deeds of those who are slain in the cause of Allâh be lost in vain.
fa-idhā laqītumu alladhīna kafarū faḍarba l-riqābi ḥattā idhā athkhantumūhum fashuddū l-wathāqa fa-immā mannan baʿdu wa-immā fidāan ḥattā taḍaʿa l-ḥarbu awzārahā dhālika walaw yashāu l-lahu la-intaṣara min'hum walākin liyabluwā baʿḍakum bibaʿḍin wa-alladhīna qutilū fī sabīli l-lahi falan yuḍilla aʿmālahu
47:15
مَّثَلُ ٱلۡجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِی وُعِدَ ٱلۡمُتَّقُونَۖ فِیهَاۤ أَنۡهَـٰرࣱ مِّن مَّاۤءٍ غَیۡرِ ءَاسِنࣲ وَأَنۡهَـٰرࣱ مِّن لَّبَنࣲ لَّمۡ یَتَغَیَّرۡ طَعۡمُهُۥ وَأَنۡهَـٰرࣱ مِّنۡ خَمۡرࣲ لَّذَّةࣲ لِّلشَّـٰرِبِینَ وَأَنۡهَـٰرࣱ مِّنۡ عَسَلࣲ مُّصَفࣰّىۖ وَلَهُمۡ فِیهَا مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَ ٰتِ وَمَغۡفِرَةࣱ مِّن رَّبِّهِمۡۖ كَمَنۡ هُوَ خَـٰلِدࣱ فِی ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُوا۟ مَاۤءً حَمِیمࣰا فَقَطَّعَ أَمۡعَاۤءَهُمۡ ۝١٥

The similitude of Al-Jannah which is promised to the Pious (whose faith is unfeigned): therein are rivers of pure water, rivers of milk whereof the taste does not change, rivers of wine delicious to the drinkers, and rivers of raw honey. And for them therein are different types of fruit and Mercy from their Lord. Are they then like the one who shall live in the Fire for ever, and is given scalding water to drink that tears his bowels apart?
mathalu l-janati allatī wuʿida l-mutaqūna fīhā anhārun min māin ghayri āsinin wa-anhārun min labanin lam yataghayyar ṭaʿmuhu wa-anhārun min khamrin ladhatin lilshāribīna wa-anhārun min ʿasalin muṣaffan walahum fīhā min kulli l-thamarāti wamaghfiratun min rabbihim kaman huwa khālidun fī l-nāri wasuqū māan ḥamīman faqaṭṭaʿa amʿāahu
