یُعَذِّبُ مَن یَشَاۤءُ وَیَرۡحَمُ مَن یَشَاۤءُۖ وَإِلَیۡهِ تُقۡلَبُونَ ۝٢١

yuʿadhibu man yashāu wayarḥamu man yashāu wa-ilayhi tuq'labūn
